Dear Amy! We do feel so sorry about your situation, but like we mentioned you before you requested your cancellation vía partner central email. Plus, it was a nun refundable rate and you did not show up on your original arrival date, and never let us know that you were going to need the room for the next day. Like a said were are so sorry for the incovenient , it was a very delicate situation. Best regards!
