staff are very friendly and all facilities are super lovely. View is not very perfect to see all of london, but it is nice when he weather is good. its just like... I will stay whenever I visit London.

The staff, each and everyone was very very helpful, always had a smile. The restaurants (Medera and the Nest) was exceptional ! Cuisine, flavors, the hostesses, the host ...everything about the hotel was FANTASTIC!!! Room was awesome, great view!

Beautiful and unique hotel. Close to shopping, dining, and transportation. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here when we come to London again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was excellent - especially the staff. At registration, I was graciously greeted by Magdalena, Iulia and Joanos. They answered all my questions are were very friendly. Massive shoutout to Alex and Jackson for helping me out during a time I needed assistance. Excellent staff that are managing this hotel and I will certainly come back to stay. This is my go-to hotel when in London. Mr. Eldine

Dizzying bliss by the BBC
A short two night stay. Key for us was my 80th at old mother is a smoker and we needed a place where she could sit and smoke. The lift system was a bit confusing at first but we soon rolled with it. Fab roof top 360 view smoking zone and if not inclined for heights, there is a very nice sheltered small smoking area in front of the hotel. Breakfast and light menus are fab for restoring the body and extremely comfortable beds for a great night sleep.

Welcome to your home away from home
My flight arrived 2.5 hours late. I ended up at the hotel at midnight. When my taxi pulled up the bell man was already outside to help me with the bags and had them removed while I was paying the taxi. Further, the staff had already, without my asking, upgraded me to a large suite. Upon check in my bags were taken to my room and placed while I was still at the front desk - no one asked for tip. Once in my room I instantly felt at home, very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I stay in a lot of hotels each year, from Ritz Carlton’s to Sheratons; never have I had such an amazing and genuine welcoming. Great city views, friendly staff and impeccable service.

What a perfect hideout in a perfect spot. We loved the window couch. Great to hang out and it shapes a lot of space in the room. Lots of seating and storage spots in the room as well. Staff is super friendly and helpful. A continental breakfast would be a nice addition though. Room service was good.

This truly is a unique property. The decor is imaginative and fun and the room very spacious and clean. The hotel is within walking distance of tube stations and if you are an avid walker, many of the main areas and attractions. Definitely consider The Treehouse on your next visit to London!

Nice but small room and expensive
There’s lots to like with quirky styling, super comfy bed, spotlessly clean and very friendly team. However, I was shocked at how small the room was and you don’t get a lot for your money in terms of facilities compared to other hotels charging premium rates. The ground floor team were very friendly but they were more like very friendly bouncers rather than a helpful concierge. Everything we asked for - e.g. an umbrella, spare tea bags - had to be obtained from the reception on the top floor which was a real faff. The staff at Madera need some training. They lacked confidence, finesse and one of them was so laid back and casual it was bordering on faulty towers - asked for a menu and he brought the drinks menu not food, asked for water and he forgot, asked for the bill to charge to room and took paper bill off clipboard and chucked pen at table rather than just handing me the bill on the mini clipboard it should have been presented on. Felt very clumsy and amateur. The receptionist to the restaurant was inaudible and meek and seemed flustered handling three people checking in for their reservation. Weak service overshadowed the nice food.

We were given a very small room at first by the night staff, we wondered if it was the same that we paid for because it looked so different from the pictures in Expedia, but they said it was the right category and they could not change us because the hotel was full. We stayed there for that night and were woken by very loud construction work being done right outside our window since 8am. So we decided to go talk to the day shift to see if something could be done. They were so nice and helpful, they changed us right away to a much better, much bigger room (that looked like the one we actually saw on the website) and we did not have problems with the noice for the other 4 nights we stayed there. Thank you so much for that, we really enjoyed the hotel, they turned a potentially very bad experience into a wonderful one.

Interesting concept, and beautiful views from the restaurant and roof top bar. A must see. Unfortunately, the noise level is terrible if you are on the floor below the restaurant. Also, the elevator wait is always very long.

Nice hotel but not worth the money
Nice hotel but roomy although comfortable was poky & overlooked, so we had to have shutters down all the time. Also, there is construction work going on outside even on a Saturday. Assistance from Reception staff was very hit & miss, some were great but others were totally indifferent

Amazing hotel!
Incredible stay! Will only be staying here when I visit London. They were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Usually with hotels, there’s something I’m unhappy with or grossed out about, but not here. Restaurants are so good and rooftop bar is very cool.

Not for us!
I think I might be a bit too old to stay here, if you want to sleep at the hotel don’t bother, the rooftop bar is in fact a rooftop nightclub and the bass kept me up til late, we were then woken by staff preparing for breakfast service at 6am Sunday morning moving chairs on the floor above. We also waited an hour for a room service order of a bottle of wine, just an all round disappointment

Good service and nice rooms but some bits missing
The hotel still has scaffolding around when I’ve been told that it’s done. Service overall was amazing, front desk extremely nice and helpful and everyone did a great job. Rooms were really nice. One thing was that I couldn’t find a socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom (looked everywhere) so had to do it by the bed with no mirror which was uncomfortable. There’s no night curtains so the lights from the buildings will be shining through and also if you like to sleep Longer the sun will be 1st thing that wakes you. Also I was woken up by breaking glass sound (even tho I was in the 9th floor) as I think the bins were taken out somewhere outside so it was extremely loud. Overall it’s nice but can have bits that will get to you.

Poor Customer Service
Unfortunately, I write with disappointment of the experience that my partner and I had at our recent stay at the treehouse in London. We stayed 13/08/23 - 16/8/23. In summary, there was a collective of poor experiences. 14/08/23 - we were woken up at approximately 06:00 from what sounded like breaking bottles and glass, informed the desk (duty manager?) Returned from our day out in the late afternoon and the coffee machine had malfunctioned with water all within the tray. The coffee machine and tray was replaced. 15/08/23 - we were woken up at approximately 08:00 from what sounded like drilling directly beneath us, informed the desk (duty manager?). Thank you the drilling stopped. 16/08/23- we were woken up at approximately 06:00 from what sounded like breaking bottles and glass - informed the desk (duty manager?) he was extremely non-empathetic, rude on the phone, hung the phone up on myself as the guest staying at the hotel. Spoke to him in person, and was very arrogant and rude again. The lift doors appear to not function correctly and can close on you when entering or leaving the lift, the lift doors collided with us getting in and out at least three times in total. Duty manager informed, however, no understanding, no- empathy, poor customer service.

We had the best time at the Treehouse! Highly recommend this hotel. After they experienced a leak, they went above and beyond to provide us with two king rooms instead of the one twin bed room that we booked. Their staff are total professionals, loved our stay! Thank you!

All the staff were amazing. Only negative was the construction noise early in the morning. Otherwise, we loved the location and the hotel.

Rooms are "tiny" in comparison to other hotels at which I have stayed in London. Entrance is under construction. Tough for taxis and Ubers to stop for pick up. Biggest issue is non-stop NOISE, even on the weekend - from construction being done in the building.

Original decoration and accessories; like in a forrest with many plants and bird houses a.o. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The views from the restaurant, bar and our room were beautiful. The shower was sensational: rain shower and handshower and the bathroom floor was spacious. Wonderful comfortable beds! In other words we enoyed our stay very much!

Fun hotel - Great concept, needs small refinements
Fun, Quirky & eco-friendly. Very comfortable with excellent bedding & a great shower. We had the "mini-suite" and that had two big TV's that we didn't use much and a small loveseat. Space was very limited, but it's a hotel in London so that is to be expected. "Pizzeria Mazzo" downstairs had probably the best thin crust pizza I've ever had. We booked while it's under exterior construction, & they get points for contacting us ahead of time to let us know. The only real criticism I had is the design of a step-over threshold between the rooms. Why? It's two steps up and over that are the same distressed wood and color as the flooring and blend in-- especially in low light. It's easy to trip and fall. I did was very lucky not to really hurt myself.
