Unit was filthy. Spent 3 to 4 hours cleaning (including having to do laundry) upon arrival. Ac vents covered in dust or junk mold, sheets and towels not clean, stained blood. Our kids would not sleep in the second bedroom due to it being dirty. Blood on bathroom walls and door, dirty floors, one child slept with us due to our other two children disgusted by second bed and room, bedspread had blood on it, unit smelled. It’s unfortunate because if it was a clean unit we could all relax and enjoy as it could be so nice. However pool clean, view great and beach and valet great. Front desk good. This room 1110 was sadly unacceptable for guests and needs updating and washing and dusting.

Excellent apartment and building. Nice beach !
The apartment we stayed at was quite luxurious and on a high floor with an excellent view of Biscayne Bay. The washer and dryer are not available, even though they are pictured in the posting. You have to use the public washer and dryer near the elevator. Yadel is quite the character. His dry sense of humor takes some getting used to, but ultimately he's good at what he does and offers good accommodations at a great price.

family vacation
Overall we have enjoyed our stay. The apartments are large and nice. Many of the laundry machines did not work. I requested ocean front and did not get it. It was not available although i booked it about 2 months before. We love the beach and the area.

Beach and Pool Access Great
I did like the hotel/condo overall. Our room was rather lacking. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the AC stopped working our last night there. The kitchen lacked some necessary items like a sponge or brush to scrub the food off of the dishes, only 1 trash bag was provided, no paper towels or 1 complimentary dish detergent were provided and we had maybe 3 spoons to use, the coffee pot was in bad shape. Many light bulbs were burnt out throughout our rooms, and only 1 bathroom bulb was working. I will say that the beach access, pool area and our patio was awesome! The valet attendants were the fastest I've seen, we never had to wait any time for our car to arrive. I would say, even though our room needed some TLC I did really enjoy our stay here and would stay again.

le meilleurs de miami beach
nous avons passé moi et mon amie un peut plus d'une semaine a cet endroit. c'était ma 4 emme visite a miami beach et le plus bel endroit pour dormir. je réservais toujours mes hôtel entre la 25 emme et la 42 emme afin être un peut plus au calme par rapport a shout beach. la a la 56 emme sa fait 5 min de voiture en plus mais cette résidance est tout de même très bien placé au milieux de îles et près du pont qui la relie au continent (41 emme) la résidence est très grande ont ne peut pas y rentré sans clef et il y a toujours au minimum 2 gardien afin de garantir votre tranquillité. nous avion un appartement façe mer il était très grand, beau salon, grande cuisine et deux bel chambre face mer et deux sale de bain. très grand pour un couple comme nous idéale pour une famille. jolie piscine accès a la plage avec un escalier que du bonheur. les meuble était très bien tout comme les lit et vous avez tout ce qu'il vous faut pour cuisiné si vous le souhaité. grand frigo, cuisinière, four, micro onde lave-vaisselle.. ect... sel petit soucis avec un lavobo d'une des sale de bain qui avais une petite fuite. parking gratuite et voiturier super. Il faut savoir parcontre que le ménage est fait a votre dépare. Le meilleurs endroit ou je suis allé je le conseil sans soucis et j'y retournerais. si vous souhaité la tranquillité je vous conseil vue sur l'océan bien plus calme que le bruit d'une grande rue

Nice apartment on the beach
Worked well for our family of 5. Small but sufficient apartment. Easy to access. Valet parking service included quickly retrieved our car. Comfortable beds. No issues with our stay.

Fully Equipped next to the Beach
Incredible apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of sheets and blankets. The bathrooms had soap and shampoo. Wish there were a bit more paper towels and toilet paper. Really loved having enough bath and beach towels. The beach chairs were also a great plus. 10/10

Comfortable apartment right on the beach
Great beach apartment! We were three adults and two kids. The apartment was perfect- kitchen to cook in (it had dishes, a coffee maker and pots/pans) two bathrooms, great shower, air conditioning and nice balcony to sit on. The pool was great and we were steps away from a beautiful beach. The building provides chairs on the beach but not an umbrella. The apartment had plentiful towels (shower and beach). Overall a fantastic stay, we will be back for sure!

OK value for money - nice location on the beach
Location was good and the beach was perfect and suitable for families as it was more quiet than Southbeach. Residence was safe and valet parking was a great plus. Apartement was big but a little bit chilly as you have to keep air condition on all the time, but there is no heating possibility. I would recommend payment in advance via Hotels.com, we did not do that and it was quite unpleasant to start making the payment by card in the middle of the night after a long travel and the equipment was old style and the person took a copy of our card like they used to do about 20 years back in Finland. Only after payment we had the keys. I am used to clear the payment when leaving. It was just so surprising and that's why recommend in advance. The balcony and the noise of the street was a little bit disappointment.

Great family vacation
The apartment was well furnished. It was in a quiet area of Miami Beach. Great for a family vacation. The road noise was easily heard with all the windows closed, not for sure why. The owner provided a representative, that lived in the complex as this was truly helpful.

Spacious rooms nice view
The condo was very spacious and updated. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful! Condo was well stocked! Beautiful view of the bay. Condo has direct access to the ocean although our room wasn't beach from. Loved that chairs are provided on the beach and that it wasn't very crowded!! Much quieter more family oriented than south beach. Several restaurants and shops near by. The only issue we had was some ants!

Muy buen edificio .dpto incómodo para 5 personas
Muy bien con respecto al edificio y sus comodidades.Pero el dpto que me mostraron y alquile no es el que me dieron .y cuando reclame me pidieron que pagará una diferencia .Que por supuesto no pague .era un dpto para 3 y me lo vendieron para 5 .la segunda habitación se notaba que era un vestidor cerrado .sin ventanas ni aire. HORRIBLE
