I am 67 yo female alone at this property and I felt secure and comfortable until...there was this man visitor being disruptive in the hallway and yelling violently to the female guest and I told him I would call the police. He called me a racist. Night clerk may have asked him to leave later, but I went back to my room and didn't hear him again. Otherwise, OK place.

I have stayed at many Sleep Inns and have been satisfied. This one is the exception. I’ll list the issues: 1. I was not recognized as a diamond member with Choice Hotels. 2. I was given a room at the end of the hall. I figured they were booked. 3. The hotel had guests that were loud. 4. There was an electrical socket in the bathroom that was not working. 5. The shower area was not clean and the rubber seal that was supposed to close off the space between the shower door and the stall was dirty and did not work. I was really disappointed with this hotel there are other Sleep Inns that are much better.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very limited selection. Machines weren't turned on. Had to wait for waffle maker to heat up. Had to ask attendant to turn on juice machine. No fruit. No eggs.

handicap rooms available, except, that should mean walk/roll in shower, otherwise, what would be handicap about it? Front staff very pleasant. Room clean and comfy. Only critique would be breakfast had only sugary items, or carb laden. Diabetics would not be able to use this service. Neither would gluten free diets. Maybe some boiled eggs available would be nice. We did have a funny registration event...after being given our room assignment and keys, upon entering the room, we were greeted by occupants already there! Thank God they were dressed or not involved in some way. Front staff very upset this happened. We had a nice sleep anyway, so A-/B stay. I'd stay again.

I left the same night. The hotel was dingy smelled bad and the bathroom was gross there was a bad smell in the shower. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable.

Wouldn’t Stay Again
I wouldn’t recommend this for people with small children. You can hear everything in the hall at all hours of the night. The rooms have a weird smell and could use updating. I was surprised that this hotel has such a high rating. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Help this property- it is terrible
There was someone already in the first room they put us in, which made them irate. The second room had a smashed bathroom door that didn’t work. The air conditioning was not working well. We were on the second floor and got woken up by someone burning toast. The smell was so bad we just left without breakfast which was not good. The lady at the front desk was less than polite and was talking bad about her own co workers.

My family takes lots of roadtrips every year and we have stayed in so many hotels in between destinations. This hotel was the dirtiest and nastiest of all. The room was old and rundown, especially the shower. The chair had stain all over and was broken.The bedsheets had a bad smell. The room felt dingy and old. It was so loud. I didn't feel safe. There were loud and roudy guests with their tv super loud. At one point at midnight there was a loud noise that sounded like something heavy fell and group of people just started yelling. My 10 yr old got so scared that he thought it was a shooting. Felt like we were at projects apartment....never again will we stay here.
