I enjoyed having some space in the room. The bed was firm but pleasant. There were lots of walkable options for dining and getting gas when I left or arrived. Checking in and out was easy.

This is a great place to stay!! Reasonably priced, super clean, and very quiet!! The only thing I would say is that the pet fee is absolutely insane at $75 US dollars, which is almost as much as the room itself. The highest I have ever seen at any hotel I’ve stayed at with our little dog. However, the hotel has such great amenities and is so clean that I chose to ignore the pet fee for such a great place to stay. The staff were super nice :)

Nice room!
Our stay was nice. The room was clean and big! Friendly staff. The only thing were the pillows. Very soft, too soft. We love the bedding at the Hamptons but these pillows were just not the same as other ones we have stayed at.

Not a comfortable stay
No matter what time you sent to the front desk, nobody was ever around. Had to use the phone to find someone. The bed was broke and had some slapped together braces to hold it up and they just made grinding noises anytime you moved. Beds were very uncomfortable too. Had dogs barking in the next room. Kids and families being loud and slamming doors constantly all night and early morning. Probably the worst stay I've ever had. Told the staff at checkout about the issues and they didn't offer any sort of anything just said, oh that's not good.

BEST BREAKFAST EVER!!!
This hotel was WONDERFUL. INCREDIBLE breakfast with everything you could possibly want. Business center was great -- and free. Beds and pillows were clean and super comfy. I wanted to move into this hotel and live in retirement for years.

Great amenities at a great price
This hotel was great ! Overall atmosphere just included a lot of nice details. Very cute lobby area and breakfast area with fireplace. Our room was clean, and we took advantage of the exercise room and hot tub while we were there. You get a lot of amenities for your money, will look to stay here next time I am in Twin Falls
