3 star hotel? should be 1 star...
Our family (4 people) stayed in this hotel, but unlike description, the room was too small (almost no space to walk through beds!). The bath was full of terrible smells... Most importantly, staffs were very arrogant and always gave us wrong information around Venice... I cannot recommend this hotel to my collegues. This is definitely 1-star level... 4인 가족인 우리는 가족실을 예약했 으나 2인실에 억지로 간이침대 2개를 밀어넣어 걸어다닐수조차 없을 정도로 방이 좁았네요. 화장실에서는 끔찍한 걸레냄새로 가득해서 토할 것 같았고, 문제는 직원(특히 로비 카운터 직원)의 거만하고 불친절이 극한이네요. 물어도 무신경한 답변..그나마도 다 틀린 얘기로 고생만 시키고... 절대 비추인 호텔로, 여관수준이예요...

Estadia perfeita!
Estadia perfeita! Ótima localização! Shopping e Centro Comercial com lojas e mercado ao lado do hotel. Com o ticket do ônibus a 3€ (ida e volta) comprado no próprio hotel, fomos à Veneza num espaço curto de tempo. A maioria dos funcionários foram gentis e nosso destaque ao Sr Renato que foi extremamente educado, gentil e solícito!

Muy buen hotel
Solo nos quedamos 1 noche, por que llegabamos tarde en el vuelo y era la mejor opcion , pero me parecio excelente relación calidad precio. El hotel muy pintoresco, se ve que tiene sus años pero esta muy bien conservado, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero comodas y muy limpias, el desayuno es delicioso, la atención excelente. Lo recomiendo 100%

The breakfast is good. There is different kinds of food to choose. It tastes good. But the toilet and the washroom is too small for one person. The room is small too.

This hotel has great location, about 5 minutes to the bus/trolley station. The hotel offers breakfast which was very good. The room was some how small and little bit old but if you just want to sleep here this is your hotel.

The location is great, much better than overpriced and overcrowded Venice. There are plenty of transport options within a 5 min walk that will get you to Venice in 20 mins and there is a plaza with lovely restaurants right behind it. There's a shopping centre 1 min away. You can even buy 24hr or 48hr public transport tickets at the hotel. Now, it was confusing as an experience. There's plenty of character in the hotel: old style details everywhere, a quite nice lounging area downstairs and even a quirky lift. There is NO soundproofing so I could hear people in the hallway and in the bedrooms next to mine, and I think I heard when people flushed the toilets. The room was fine as a solo traveller but the ensuite would be a bit small for someone larger. Good A/C and plenty of mirrors but I didn't open the window as it overlooked another building and the hairdryer was as old as the decor. There is no water however drinking tap water is fine. You'll need your own bottle though. Vending machines are coins only. Breakfast was good, some complain there's no cooked/hot items but after staying at other places I think this is simply the Italian style. The staff was very helpful and gave me all the information related to transport options as well as safety tips for a solo female traveller. Overall, very flamboyant but simple at the same time.

We stayed here as a family of 4 for just two nights in order to spend a full day in Venice. Parking was easy and convenient right on property (our car was behind a fence which felt very safe). There was an elevator to get our luggage to an upper floor room. The trolly and bus stops for the 20 minute trip into Venice was a 5 minute walk and the hotel sold the transport pass (25 Euros per person) that covered the trolley or bus into Venice plus the water buses that get you around Venice and the nearby islands. Our first evening we walked to the plaza right across the street from the hotel which had a nice atmosphere including many restaurants and shops; this was an unexpected surprise of staying at the Hotel Venezia. The room was small but accommodated us and our luggage and the bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Breakfast (included with our room) each morning in the hotel dining room was a treat with an assortment of croissants, cereal and yoghurt, bread/meats/cheeses, and a cappuccino/express machine. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful to us in planning our evening in Mestre and our day in Venice.

The staff were very helpful, they offer free convenient parking, the hotel is close to transportation, but unfortunately it has an old appearance, and the room didn't seem to be that clean. I would rate it 3/5

The hotel is magical. We booked it especially because of the Venetian style. Very conveniently located to reach the bus and train station on foot. Clean and has everything you need. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Good choice
Overall very happy with our stay. Perfect breakfast, clean rooms. The only thing is that you can easily the sounds from the other rooms especially if there are noisy people there who dont respect the others. But we definetely suggest this hotel. In the center of mestre. Very close to the bus station from the airport - 3 min. walk - And close to the tram and bus to go to the center of venice - 3 min. walk.

Great stay
This hotel was built in 1605, it is well maintained and very clean. The style is very Venetian. Breakfast is a European style and filling. Parking is right across the street the public access is close, with 1 train 4L right into Venice for €3.00. The front desk is helpful in navigating the busses and trams. Housekeeping cleans the room daily. Its a great value hotel with high amenities for the price. Definitely recommend. I stay in hotels 60+ nights a year.

Hôtel pratique. Personnel parlant français. Stationnement inclus et gratuit en face de la réception. Épicerie, pharmacie, restaurants, magasins et arrêt d’autobus pour Venise à moins de 5 minutes à pied (achat possible à la réception de l’hôtel). Chambre comfortable sans tapis. Prise de courant près du lit. Décoration avec un cachet vintage. Petit-déjeuner italien délicieux.
