It was walking distance to Freeport for dinner and shopping. Very good location and suite style rooms

We are local and stayed during the power outage. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, the room clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend to out of town friends and family.

We couldn’t get into the room right away at the door was stuck shut with the upper lock from the inside, so the staff was friendly enough to assist us in getting inside. The beds unfortunately were little to be desired between the flat pillows and the springy mattresses. The desk light, although it was turned off, flickered throughout the night and kept my family member awake. Throughout the night all we could hear was what we thought was the water heater behind the mysterious door on the longest wall by the tv. It rattled and continued to knock. No fans in the bathroom was less than ideal as well. The service by the staff was great.

Great property. Loved the lobby, fitness room and our room. However, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the breakfast offered was very minimal.

Very disappointed customer
Positives: Great location and good coffee! Clean hotel, and the room service ladies were very friendly. I had a terrible experience with the night on-call service desk person, David, on December 23rd. After several attempts from my room, 248, I could not access the Wi-Fi on my phone. At 12:35 am, I called to report my problem, and David was highly condescending. His tone and attitude made me feel like I was incompetent. After attempting to log on with him, he got impatient with me. He then offered a code, which I needed him to enunciate the letters "s and f" more clearly because I could not catch the difference. David raised his tone with me. At this point, I called him on his behavior, which he denied. The call ended with me telling him I would report his horrible service to management, and he said, "OK." The following morning, on December 23rd, I reported my experience to Patrick, who was on duty. He listened to my story, and I was also disappointed with my experience with him! He helped me connect my phone but never apologized for how David treated me. While it was not Patrick's fault, a person in this profession with excellent customer service would apologize to the customer complaining about her poor experience.

We love staying here every time we come to Freeport. the staff is great, the lobby lovely & the rooms spacious. it is convenient to everything we want to do.

Booking through Expedia was easy. Making sure all our rooms were reserved was another matter. I will in the future make sure I contact the hotel after booking through Expedia to avoid any reservation issues.
