Black mold in the room, housekeeping never cleaned our room. Pool area is full of rust and mildew, just filthy.

Walking distance of downtown. We had a room next to equipment room and it was so noisy starting at 5:30 am that we couldn’t sleep.

We tried to check in no one at desk had to leave and come back. No onsite parking. They had ramp coupon to park, desk clerk said, but there was no one at desk to get one from so we had to pay for parking. No resturant on site.

I was warned about this hotel. Moved 3 times because of dirty rooms. Make sure you keep checking your credit card on file. Mine was charged even after paying in full upon checkout. Still waiting for the refund 3 phone calls and a month later. If it wasn’t for the location, this hotel would never be used. Totally unacceptable.

The rooms were average found a hair clip from someone else in room, there was a stream of water running from the shower to the refrigerator. Had to wait 20 minutes before the shower got hot. The bar was extremely expensive. Went for coffee in lobby in the morning and it was empty.

Our room was freezing, after turning the heat on and running it for hours the warmest it got inside our room was 71 degrees… with it being -8 degrees outside.. for a $240 room this is ridiculous. Tried warming up with an hot shower and the water was ANYTHING but hot, it was lukewarm at best. Also, there was zero parking for our truck and trailer we were hauling. We had to pay to park in a lot 4 blocks away.

The hotel was very convenient to the downtown area Unfortunately, the elevator was not working in the restaurant was closed so there was no breakfast in the morning.

This hotels is tired, beat up and outdated. The service was less than friendly. The pool was disgusting.

This is the second time I’ve chose this hotel based on the fact that it has a pool and I was traveling with my kids. It’s also the second time the pool was not usable. The pool was hotter than most hot tubs and certainly not safe for children to play in. The room was so steamy - the walls and ceiling were dripping. You couldn’t see from one end of the pool area to the other. The excuse was that the pool and hot tub had to be the same temperature, but there were no safety warnings for the pool - that I’m assuming they need to post warnings for kids, pregnant women, diabetics, heart conditions, etc. They do not. The rooms are extremely drafty and difficult to control the temperature and they do not offer rollaways for extra sleeping room. It’s a great location and other than the nasty pool area , relatively clean, but I think I’d spend my money elsewhere next time.

The parking ramp was free and very close to the event I was attending. I was given a room that was NOT Clean. I have never ever encountered this before. I told the front desk and he apologized and gave me a different room.

terrible parking; room lacked a shower curtain; night clerks and morning clerks lacked training and did not know how to address customers to invite them back, nor greet them when they came in; in general a poorly run hotel.

This property in my opinion was way overpriced. M.uninspired parking leads you to park in a ramp a few blocks away. Room was not super clean, found dirty Kleenex, crumbs. Bathroom is old, tub small and showing it’s age. Staff was friendly.

Overall my stay was great. Only complaints are 1) the room inhad was noisy b/c it shares a wall with the cleaning staff or laundry room and elthere was loud banging in the early a.m. and other noises, and 2) this is minor but in the sundries area they did not have a no calorie soda option like diet coke or coke zero. Very disappointing.
