Great place for business or small vacation
This was a business trip, the place great!!... more than expected, I am planning a relaxing travel to Cuenca and this will be the place where I will stay I highly recommended. The staff is super friendly and alwyas trying help

Centrally located
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room beautifully renovate. Just bring your earplugs because the walls are thin! Once I did that I slept like a baby on a very comfortable bed and lovely clean sheets.m beautiful shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was cooked to order and the coffee worth lingering over.

A very nice reasonably priced property
It was more of a guesthouse than a bed & breakfast, but a pleasant surprise, none the less. It is modern & very clean. The breakfast was nice, offering scrambled eggs to order, fresh juice, fresh fruit and toast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The WiFi was unreliable in the room, but fine in the common areas. Well worth the money.

Lovely hotel
The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is well equipped with a spacious and very pretty shower. The breakfast has a lot of options with fruit salad, fresh and natural fruit juices, cereal, coffee and toast; the staff are very friendly. The terrace is great for city view and if you are a smoker.

Good Value and location.
Excellent hotel and service. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was fine. Little noisy from road and papethin walls. Bathroom tight. We reserved a triple balcony room for two of us. Hotels.com is incorrect in stating queen size bed. There is no such thing in Ecuador. It is a double bed and equivalent to US FULL SIZE. Will definitely stay here again. Right value for $37 per night all inclusive to include breakfast.

Lugar limpio y acogedor, ideal para familias. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y con espacio adecuado. La única dificultad es el acceso en vehículo debido a que las calles están cerradas por la obra del metro de la ciudad
