We had a lovely stay in Norwich . The hotel was very welcoming and they had a great choice of food . Was impressed with the quality of food and friendliness of hotel staff .Amazing cooked breakfast 🍳 with a great range of different foods including continental breakfast range Lovely selection of Alpro yoghurts and cheeses.Only issue was there was no access to the jacuzzi having expected to be able to use all the leisure facilities . Where they gave a downstairs bedroom to change in with an underpowered shower also in the room too.

Excellent
Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked breakfast which was good quality, varied and well labelled. Made use of the gym which was fairly wrll equipped.

Great service, no soundproof
The swimming pool, jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna were great and easy to access. The changing rooms had adequate lockers and showers and a swimwear dryer. The staff were polite and helpful. I visited the bar late into the night and the staff were more than happy to stop whatever paperwork or jobs they were doing to prioritise me. The beds were comfy but the rooms are in need of soundproofing as twice I was woken by people moving things upstairs or people returning to their rooms next door.

The hotel has a nice swimming pool with a sauna, steam room and gym which both my wife and I enjoy. We used the hotel as a base to visit Norwich and although it is not quite walkable it is still a very short car or taxi drive. The hotel room in comfortable with all the usual amenities. Food and drink are available but we did not avail ourselves of these services. Nice place for a weekend stay.

Handy for shopping ,which are a few hundred meters away, also on a bus route to Norwich. Parking is free at this hotel It was very easy to check in ,the receptionist was very chatty, made us feel at ease. The only down point to make was the soundproofing from the floor above sounded like a herd of elephants.

My husband and I traveled to visit our son at Norwich Hospital and stayed for two nights only, the proximity to the hospital was great for a short taxi drive. Hotel is clean and comfortable, breakfast and dinner areas very clean and food was very tasty and good variety. Staff is very friendly and helpful with all our requests and questions. I would stay here again if need be. Norwich is a very relaxing lovely town!

Two Night Stay
Have stayed here several times before as we have family in the area. Sadly the hotel is getting very tired and some areas / rooms are well overdue for an overhaul. Its a shame because there are some things that are done very well. Service is very good and the breakfast too, although the scrambled eggs could have been better this time. Great options for gluten free and other dietary requirements. Overall we had a pleasant stay but without refurbishment I'm not sure if would choose it again.
