Basic stay
The building is showing it's age a bit, but the rooms have been updated with new beds and furniture, though the bathtub needed a bit of work. Was plenty warm even though it got below 0 overnight. It was my second time staying there and will stay again.

The room was wonderful and clean. The mattresses not so comfy and didnt have enough tolietries but would definitely stay there again.

Back Door is always locked as if they are in fear of bad guys. Keys were not working. Twice. Pretty much your average RRI with the guts to charge $200 bucks a night. It was okay overall.

The continental breakfast consisted of a sausage link and some dried out flat egg! The fruit looked old and gross! The coffee was like a normal coffee pot and there was a lot of coffee grounds in it! The air conditioner didn’t work very well ! The room was pretty clean tho! There was also a square piece of painted sandpaper stuck to the wall with painters tape to cover a hole ! Don’t recommend this motel!

Very clean and easy to find! Friendly staff! West side door was broken. Couldn’t get in from that way with key card and handle was loose. Loved the hardwood floors put in the rooms. Clean and cozy. Pool was super cute and well kept. Nice breakfast. Happy to have ice!

The room had a strange smell in it. The bathroom was very small. The pillows had seen better days as had the comforter. At 11 and 1 pm we were woke up with fighting in the room above us. The room was very dated. Breakfast was OK.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. Hotel was really clean and perfect for a one night stay. It was better than I expected for the price. I would stay here again if needed for a night or two. For me, it was a very basic hotel on the older side with no frills but clean.

The staff was either incompetent or indifferent to my requests. On at least 3 separate occasions during our stay we requested an extension of our stay. We were repeatedly told it was taken care of and yet, we found ourselves locked out of our room because our stay was not extended. We did not ask for extra services. Just the opposite, in fact. We tried to be considerate of the hotel staff and not make demands on their time. But when we found that our key cards were no longer working and I went to the front desk to find out what happened, I encountered a less than cheerful and helpful employee who acted put out that we were asking questions about why our stay had not been extended. Before I wrote this review, I reached out the the Rood Roof Inn directly to give them an opportunity to make it right. I used the email address shown on the business card of the general manager and received an email indicating the email address was invalid and my email couldn't be sent. It is not likely that I will be staying in ANY Red Roof Inn again. Burn me once, shame on me. You will not burn me twice!

Very clean. A little odd that there was no elevator for a two floor hotel. We had a situation in which we needed assistance in our bathroom, housekeeping tried to blame us, although I told them of the issue at check in.

Nice, clean, cute - beds were hard & uncomfortable
Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. Customer service was excellent. Room was clean, decorated nicely. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible - some were so soft your head sank to the mattress the others were hard and flat. No support at all in the pillows.

Everything was ok. The room smelled heavily of cleaning solution but that didn’t bother me too much. The melting snow also dripped off the roof and directly into the sidewalk, then froze, and there was no salt or sand that I could see until I requested it after I slipped and fell.
