The staff was either incompetent or indifferent to my requests. On at least 3 separate occasions during our stay we requested an extension of our stay. We were repeatedly told it was taken care of and yet, we found ourselves locked out of our room because our stay was not extended. We did not ask for extra services. Just the opposite, in fact. We tried to be considerate of the hotel staff and not make demands on their time. But when we found that our key cards were no longer working and I went to the front desk to find out what happened, I encountered a less than cheerful and helpful employee who acted put out that we were asking questions about why our stay had not been extended. Before I wrote this review, I reached out the the Rood Roof Inn directly to give them an opportunity to make it right. I used the email address shown on the business card of the general manager and received an email indicating the email address was invalid and my email couldn't be sent. It is not likely that I will be staying in ANY Red Roof Inn again. Burn me once, shame on me. You will not burn me twice!
