unfortunately, the Hotel is currently closed and has been for the past year so we are not accepting bookings at present I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope to welcome you back through our doors when we do eventually reopen as we value all guests, and unfortunately the booking agents are still bookings in guests despite constant reminders that we are in closed.

I apologise for the terrible experience you had but our Hotel has been closed for over a year and still is and we are not currently accepting any Bookings so the blame should solely lie with the booking agents who booked you into the Hotel as we have constantly reminded them that we are in fact closed and have been for some time. But we do value all our guests and hope to welcome back through our door when we do eventually re-open , Once again we do send our sincere apologies of any miscommunication on the booking agents behalf.

I am glad you have enjoyed our hotel and our cleanliness, but I am really sorry you could not sleep because of some noises. Unfortunately I cannot see anything reported in the past few days, as usually we try our best to accommodate the guests in a different room meanwhile we are investigating the issue. However I have reported this to our maintenance team.
