Im not the type to give bad reviews, but i wouldnt wish this place on anyone. No towels , hair in the shower from previous guest, tv didn't work, no phone in the room, trash can under bathroom sink to catch water from the leaking pipes. I have pictures as proof. 62 dollars was an absolute rip-off. ouldnt work, no phone in ybe

The property was uninhabitable. On top of being under construction, which would have been annoying but noisy and dirty, the room itself was horrible. Mold, broken things, completely falling apart. We didn’t even have towels provided to us, because apparently their washer was broken, which left me only more alarmed at the thought of sleeping in the bedding. The smoke detector had also been removed at some point, and when we asked about that, we were told there were “none in the building” which is insane giving the ongoing construction. Absolutely unacceptable to be trying to rent out rooms with how poor a state the hotel was in. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

I checked in, and the front desk boy gave me a room someone was already staying in. Then he argued with me instead of giving me another room. Finally get another room, tv doesn’t work, same boy had to come program it for 45 minutes. When I told him I didn’t care at this point and I would check out in the morning, he insisted on staying in my room to get tv working. Hotel was filthy, I am pretty sure the bedbugs are free and when I made a joke asking if they rent rooms by the hour, boy said they do. Obvious crack hotel. Never in life will I stay there again.

We booked and paid for a room online only to show up and be told the hotel was full and there was no room for us. When I asked for a refund desk clerk told me to get it from Expedia and didn't seem to really care. There was another woman there that was leaving because her room was dirty and it was not the room she had paid for. Extremely frustrating to show up after 12hrs of travel, only to be told we have no room. I would not recommend this hotel. We ended up staying at America's Best Value Inn Missouri Valley Iowa, just a little further north of Omaha on I-29 - it was clean, quiet and welcoming and had breakfast for $82

When we showed up, they found us in their system, but would not honor our Expedia reservations! I had even verbally confirmed our reservation directly with the hotel the day after I received your email confirmation, vack in January.

Tried to check me in a not cleaned, used dirty room. Made me pay $50 deposit. Said I put trash in trash can, got a candy stain on sheet. Refused to give deposit back. Want my money back. No towels, phone, tv didn't come on.

The pictures are deceiving! The assigned room had blood splattered on different areas of the walls, ceiling, and furniture. Bathroom was filthy.

Terrible. ALL linens were stained and/or dirty; coaxial cable was broke so there was no sort of tv and staff stated they weren’t going to come fix it and we had 15min from notification to decide to refund or just stay. No phone. Anything there was broke and dirty.

Regret ever staying here. Wish i was refunded

They gave me an unclean room and it had trash everywhere it wasn't good at all and also they didn't give me what I asked for which was linen and toilet paper and towels and a washcloth

The room provided had not been cleaned from previous guest. When told they only brought up new towels and toliet paper. Needed the place to sleep so had to sleep on the bed cover with no blankets. Very bad experience

Filthy mess, don’t stay there,
The place was a mess with construction going on. No shower curtain. No towels . We were told all the towels and shower curtain were dirty. Tv didn’t work. I was told by the person at the desk if I didn’t like it check out so I did Went there at about 4.40 was out by 6.30 Desk person was very rude to other people trying to check them people as well one said when he got to his room it wasn’t even cleaned. We saw all them people at the other hotel we went to. We all said the same . What a filthy place .I asked the clerk to give me something in writing to say I left he did, asked for a refund he said no that was for all this troubles to try and make people happy. Please don’t book people into this place until there work is done,’ Thank you

Unsafe!!!
Dirt and drywall dust everywhere. Laundry did not work and pool closed. Front desk rarely attended and front door never unlocked. Multiple room under construction and open with children playing in them. People coming in only to use the gambling machines and propping open the side doors.

The room has no tv its out not working the bathroom has lots of holes. Asked for more towels only one in the room was told 20 mins. Been over an hour still waiting. Tv isnt working in any room. Very load neighbors blaring radio. Construction going on in almost every room and hallways very dirty

The building was beautiful...I did not. However. Appreciate that it says there is a pool. And there is, with water in it. But guests aren't allowed to swim in it. It's indoor pool, and has had water in it all winter, but they won't let anyone swim 👙 n it, they should modify their ads.

Disgusting
This hotel was a total disaster! Rude service & disgusting conditions. Dirty, peeling paint & wallpaper, visible mold, doors that don’t lock and smoke detectors missing. Nothing like the pictures on the site. It is hard to believe that Hotels.com keeps it on the website and that the fire marshal hasn’t shut it down!

Nothing was good about this place . 7 day say and everyday there's was lots of construction noise and disturbance. The front desk people kept screaming at people for un known reason . Looks like they are trying to fix up the place.

I was told when chrckinh in that theres no tv and to go somewhere else. I said i cant i prepaid for room. He said call hotel.com and they refund my money. So went to other motel. I am able to get my money back. This was a quick trip for my brother's funeral during holidays which was hard enough plus money then to be denied my refund? I called motel manager he daid its motel.com who wont refund my money. I want to know whose lying?

This place is absolute a dump. The neighbor hood is marginal at best,. Someone tried to come through our door in the middle of the night. They do not give you clean towels daily or replace soap as well. The card to get in the room failed multiple times which was inconvenient The TV did not work but my son was able to fix it but the remote didn't work so we could not switch the station. Do not stay here.

Crack head Inn
This place was dangerous. There was nobody at the desk when I walked in after dark. Anyone could walk in. The person working heard me making noise and came up to the desk yawning. I believe that I had woken him up Once I got the key to my room I had to walk past a gambling room to get to the stairs. This room is open/occupied all night. A crack head followed me up to my room and attempted to open my door before I even had my key out. I just turned around and went back to the front desk. The man that had checked me in asked what the problem was. I explained that there was a bum trying to get into my room. The bum had followed me to the desk for some reason. He seemed pretty at home there. The guy behind the desk pulled out a 7 iron that he had stashed and chased the bum out the back door. I watched them argue on the security cameras on the screen behind the front desk (facing out towards me). I don't know why, probably because I carry a gun, but I stayed. Later I went out to get a sandwich. When I came back the guy working there seemed to be with his entire family at the front lobby and was twirling the golf club. Totally the most bizarre place I've ever booked. It is not a safe place. Bums are welcome in to gamble and then can access the entire building, which is not guarded at all
