You have paid online through Expedia and so for any refund please contact the third-party site that you have made the payment to for your refund.

The rooms are all non-smoking but guests are welcome to smoke outside of the rooms and not bring it back into the room. As for marijuana, it is a legal substance that can used that was legalized in the state of WA therefore we as a business unfortunately have no right to tell them to not smoke marijuana or cigarette just as long as it's not done in the room.
