If there is an issue, we take care of things immediately as we live on-site. We had no complaints of noise brought to our attention, we do watch and listen. This guest did not understand how to turn his deadbolt lock to exit his room. It can only be locked or unlocked from inside the room.

If you had brought your concerns to us we could've helped you out. Good coffee is available in the office as is the microwave. There is also a gas grill for our guests. Hope you also noticed the brand new waterfront with covered patio, deck and floating docks that all our guests enjoy..

The majority of our guests are very happy and return. Our policies for adding an adult guest that was not on the original reservation are clear. The only guests that can stay for free are children under 12. The information given to you over the phone was correct.

This man was abusive to us at 10:10 AM, almost 3 hours before his check-in time. He interrupted guests that were checking out. These guests can attest to how we tried to assist this person and how abusive he was. No one could understand his poor behavior. We immediately reported his behavior to the booking channel in hopes that other businesses and guests won't have to experience a situation like this. We want all of our guests to have an enjoyable stay and return to Alexandria Bay and the beautiful 1000 Islands area.

We do enforce no smoking in the rooms. This includes marijuana, cigarettes, vapes, cigars.... They blamed the the apartment next door. Smoking is allowed outside. We pass our Department of Health inspections with flying colors. No odors and clean.
