RIP OFF!!
YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Advertising a fitness center, but suite guests are not allowed access to it!!! WOW WOW WOW!!! Nice walking into an apartment with spare blinds being strung over top of cupboards etc. Never picked up so many hair off the floor. Stay away folks!

Awful Experience
Me and Wife stayed here over the weekend for our 5 year anniversary. The location is great - and the pictures of the room looked great! What you get however is not what you think. What do you look for the most in a hotel room? I comfy bed!! This room however came with some version of a pull out. Actually worse than a pull out mattress. The first night we slept on it my side of the bed sagged on the corners because the frame underneath was too small for the box spring. We ended up pulling out a drawer and using it to keep the side propped up. The next day after receiving no word back from staff - i had enough - i took of the box spring and mattress to relieve not only horrible stains but also that the frame had been assembled incorrectly. I fixed it - however springs still jammed your back - we traveled Asia for 3 months and staying in $10 rooms and never once experienced a bed this bad. The people at Atlas Suites have still yet to get back to us about our complaints. There was dead bugs all along the windows - the paint job on the walls is horrible- and the tv doesn't work, they have some illegal box connected but it never worked, and no cable - but most of all - there is 0 customer service. You will be lucky if anyone even picks up the phone when you call. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I . Oh ya- you are also right next to the train tracks- something they conveniently leave off the photos.

Worst bed ever
Worst bed ever. No position you could lay and not feel springs. Customer service nonexistent. Never responded to us. Too bad. Great area. Unit would be nice with decent mattress. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Convenience in downtown Toronto
The suite is in a great location. Close to many downtown tourist attractions like CN tower, Rogers Center, the waterfront. Many dining options right on the same block. Very easy access to union station (train to/from the airport). Comfortable living space. Met most amenities listed including wifi - exceptions... were cable TV was hard to navigate, couch not pull-out sleeper.

Besuch in der Festung ohne Wärter
Die Leute unten am Empfang haben nichts mit den Appartements für Touristen zu tun und können nur sehr begrenzt weiterhelfen. Es war also niemand da, um unsere IDs zu checken o.ä. Man bekommt einen Zahlencode, mit dem man in sein Appartement vordringen kann, dort liegt dann der Schlüssel, mit dem man per Fahrstuhl auf kein anderes Stockwerk gelangen kann. Übers Treppenhaus ebenso nicht. Wir hatten zwei Appartements, 11 Stockwerke entfernt, so dass man Besuche planen muss. Zahlencode war erst falsch, nach stundenlangem Warten gab es dann einen neuen. Telefone in den Appartements funktionierten nicht. Einrichtung solide, etwas verranzt. Man merkt, dass der Empfang und die Residents verständlicherweise wenig Bock auf die Touristengäste haben. Aber sehr zentral gelegen und das Eckrestaurant "Hunter´s Landing" ist zu empfehlen, da für Einheimische und keine Touristenfalle.

Appartement délabré bien situé
Accueil par ligne seulement mobilier délabré nécessitant des réparation (rideaux, lampes, lessiveuse non fonctionnelle lit inconfortable bien situé dans la zone active de Toronto mais attention à ceux que le bruits des transports sur rails incommode (entrée en gare à proximité). Appartement qui a besoin de rénovations

Are you kidding me?
Showed up to check in after paying in full and was greeted by a security guard working a desk in the lobby area - said he wasn't going to let me stay there. No instructions from Hotels.com, ending up having to spend an hour on the phone trying to get it sorted. Cancelled reservation. Never again.

Great place to stay if you are in Toronto. I would definently go back. I just wish the room looked like the pictures advertised.

Would stay again, but may not be what you expect
This is an apartment, in an apartment building. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I'm fairly satisified with my stay. Check in was a little confusing at first, and all of my contact with 'management' was via phone, but all in all it was nice to have a "suite" so close to downtown at that price.

Nice place to stay.
We had a good time here, it's within walking distance of entertainment district. A nice way to feel like you were living in Toronto rather than visiting. My one and only complaint is the furniture in living room area was not comfortable at all and could use a better cable package. Never watched much tv but most channels were not available.
