저는, 이 호텔을 추천합니다!
개인적인 필요로, 이틀을 숙박하였습니다. 어떤 분들 말씀대로, 창문이 막혀있어서 좀 답답한 느낌이 들긴 했습니다만... 어짜피 에어컨을 틀기 때문에 닫을 창문이어서, 문제된다고 느껴지진 않았습니다. 방마다 인테리어를 새로 한것 같은데, 고급스럽진 않아도 만족할 만한 수준이었다고 생각됩니다. 이전에 묵었던 숙소의 아침 식사가 정말 엉망이어서 그런지, 이곳 조식은 꽤 좋았던 것으로 생각됩니다. 즉석에서 만들어주는 오믈렛도 괜찮았고, 가격대비 만족합니다. 주차장도 여러 면이 있어서, 무료 주차에 어려움이 없었습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃도 바쁜 시간대가 아니어서 그런지, 정말 빨리 마무리되었습니다. 입실시에 보증금도 예상했는데, 받지 않더군요. 번화가에 위치해 있고, 한국 음식을 판매하는 식당도 근처에 몇군데 있어서 호텔 바깥에서 저녁 식사를 하기에도 괜찮았던 것 같습니다. 다만, 아이와 셋이 숙박했는데, 보조 침대가 없고 별도 비용이어서 한 침대에서 자려다보니 불편했네요. 추가 이불이 없어서 요청했는데, 금방 가져다 주더군요. 창문형 에어컨이 좀 시끄러워서 자는데 어려움이 있었고, 그 에어컨 바람이 침대로 직접 떨어져서 조금만 지나면 추위가 느껴졌습니다. 다행히 스카치 테이프와 종이를 가지고 있어서 바람 나오는 방향을 바꾸니까 좀 잘만했습니다. 예상했던 것처럼, 호실 내에서의 와이파이는 포기했습니다. 1층에 있는 로비에서 하면 더 좋았겠지만, 이 문제로 내려가보지는 않았습니다. 사진을 업로드할 생각도 해봤는데, 이전에 올려보니까 이 사이트에서는 글만 사용하고 사진은 빼버리더군요. 그래서 사진은 올리지 않겠습니다. 그래도, 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족합니다. 다음에 이 근처에서 다시 숙박할 일이 있다면, 다시 예약해서 이용할 의사가 있습니다. 추천합니다! ^^

와이파이 조차도 안 터집니다
필리핀 저렴한 세제 냄새나서 모텔 들어간 느낌이고 머리 아프고 와이파이 잘 안터지고 , 확인조차 안하고 방 배정해서 매우 화가 납니다. 그리고 아침에 7:30부터 전화 하고 잠도 못자고 문두드리고 다시는 가고 싶지 않아요

객실은 전체적으로 깨끗하며 수압도 좋습니다 룸 크기도 넓은 편입니다 다만 전기 콘센트가 1곳만 있어서 전자기기 충전을 위해 별도의 콘센트를 준비하셔야 합니다 조식 부페는 가격 대비 퀄리티가 높습니다 다음번에도 기회가 있다면 아이콘 호텔을 선택하겠습니다 가성비가 굉장히 높은 호텔입니다

English Translation: The rooms are clean overall and the water pressure is good. The room size is also large, but there is only one electrical outlet, so you need to have a separate outlet to charge your electronics. The breakfast buffet is of high quality for the price. Icon hotel in Timog Av wasclosed when I came to check in. Staff was very helpful including security guard , provided us with chairs and assisted us with parking. . Hotel Manager. Miss. Alcantara personally escorted us to another hotel If we like it. Agiainwith the help of Miss Alcantara , I checked in to mother Icon hotel in North EDSA

I was going to stay one night on Jan 222-23 but the hotel was closed due to fire. I sent emails to Hotels.com to ask for the way for imbursement but they havent been responding my emails. Now I am back to my country but I feel angry about the attitudeof hotels.com

Advertise a pool. Dank small and shallow. Wouldn’t even fly as a kiddie pool. No windows in the bedrooms. No regular housekeeping; by guest request only.

I thought the room could be cleaner. There was a number of long black hairs all over the floor. I don't like the way they do their housekeeping. I stayed a week and they don't come in to freshen the room or replace toiletries. Safe didn't work and was not bolted down. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a nice Filipino food selection. I have come to realize roaches are just a Philippine thing, but the one that crawled up through the drain provided entertainment chasing him down. With all that said, I feel the rating was accurate and I knew what I was getting myself in to and I would stay there again in the future.

The beddings are too old, outdated, the lavatory is not working, it’s leaking in the floor and we haven’t use it yet. The staff are super courteous and well mannered. Overall it’s worth of what you pay.

Only one elevator was in service the 4 days I was there. The breakfast buffet was excellent and kudos to Randy for his great service. The reception staff looked very professional and extremely helpful. Overall, the hotel staff was polite and helpful. The room I was in was clean and had a desk, chairs, and cabinets. The paint job was not appealing to me personally.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine, especially for the price. Shower head was fantastic! Breakfast was fine. A few negatives - jacuzzi and sauna were not working (not sure if they have worked any time recently); noise from the hallway comes loudly into the room; the room door did not have a tight seal, so there was bright light coming into the room all night.

Nice hotel to stay for a night!
I had qualms on my booking because of the bad reviews I read about this hotel but our stay was quite a nice one. I had the de luxe room (Harry Potter) which was spacious but has no windows. We were able to use the pools which were just above the knee deep located at the 2nd floor. My only complain is the room service which took almost an hour (just a bucket of beer, had to make a follow-up call, also with the change. You need to pay exact amount so as not to wait for eternity for the change). The front desk ladies were nice, even the guards.

A pleasant stay at Icon
It was a pleasant stay..the staff were excellent, the buffet breakfast was good though I wonder why is the buffet happens only every other day... area for improvement is the indoor pool which needs ventilation.
