The cooling inverter on our balcony made that space unusable- a shame as it had a beautiful view. The cleaning appeared to be cursory- coffee stains on the trash cans, corners not clean. Nice location and very comfortable unit.

Property is in need of upgrade and a good clean. Shower/bath had mould, there were bugs in the bed and carpet was dirty. Would not stay here again.

Located in a quiet area, pool was clean and welcoming. The room was adequate. There were two single beds in the second bedroom but walking and suitcase space was limited due to a spare folding bed stored in the room. Bedrooms were smaller than expected but beds were comfortable. We would have liked the bedding changed more frequently on a long stay- this was discussed with staff and rectified but the delay should not have happened.

The property is quite nice has everything you need and is located in a very convenient place to restaurants the city and the ferry terminal to Magnetic Island. No complaints about the property. However I need to mention that on check in the staff member was very cold....no interaction what so ever....we actually felt as if we were bothering her by wanting to check in. A bit of friendliness and interaction costs nothing. Shame really because due to that I wouldnt rush back here.

The unit was nice but the bed was uncomfortable and the sun comes directly into the room.

It is with despondency that I read your review of the standard of housekeeping in my hotel, however I am certainly glad you brought the issues to my attention so that I can conduct further training & implement additional quality assurance checks. Whilst I am unable to personally inspect all rooms prior to check in, I certainly do require a detailed checklist of all turned over rooms to be completed, so I will thoroughly investigate how my system failed on this occasion. I do take pride in offering to my guests a clean, comfortable & pleasant environment in which to relax while staying at Park Regis Anchorage Hotel & do hope that you will give me the opportunity to showcase this to you on your next stay.Once again, thank you for your review, however please be assured that the difficulties you experienced are certainly not reflective of our usual high standards.
