The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price.

Room was outdated, dirty, unpainted patches on walls, bathroom sink trap leaking onto floor. Toilet paper holder kept falling off wall, musty, remote control had no back on it and no batteries, just generally not a pleasant experience. I had made original reservation for 22 and 23 and then realized that i needed to change it, so I cancelled through EXPEDIA and did a new reservation for the one night that we did stay. I was charged one night for the CANCELLED reservation and I told the man at the front desk that I had cancelled well before the deadline and I was not to be charged. He said there was nothing he could do.

The staff was nice. There were cockroaches in our room. There was black mold in all the corners. Our first room had profanity written on the mirror. The pool was a swamp. The beds were comfy.

There is no excuse for renting this property. Just clean it and fix the broken lamp, bathroom fixtures, bugs, broken TV, and dirty linens.( looked like blood and bodily fluids.) This was the worst I have ever experienced. Do not rent it until it is repaired. The staff was very upset that I asked for face cloths. Very rude and dirty place.

The place does not look like it at all on the picture very dirty and very nasty. The rooms are not well-maintained and it smells like mold. It really hurt my throat and made me sick. I would never encourage anyone to stay at this place. Plus you cannot get refunded, these guys are crooks .

This facility is two storied with NO ELEVATOR! My wife has a knee replacement and the 15 stairs required to access the second level were impossible to navigate. In this day and age I'm shocked there is a facility that is not ADA compliant.

The rooms are infested with roaches! DO NOT BOOK. I had to ask for new towels every day, they didn't bring them. The room has holes in the walls, a horrible sewer smell, walls are paper thin.

The hotel was overpriced for the quality it has. Room was fairly clean. Pool was unusable (dark green water). AC worked well and bed was comfortable. Only saw 1 cockroach. In my opinon it was worth $60, not $100

The lobby was in disarray. The room had writing on the mirror with lipstick. No towels, dirty floor. Green Pool. We didn't stay. Asked for our money back. Told it would be deposited into the account on Monday. They didn't do it. When I called the General Manager today he said that he had no record of the reservation. Gave him my Expedia # and he said he couldn't find it.

When I stayed at the location in North Port they had bugs and there were patches of paint missing in different places on the door and the walls. Try to upload photos your system would not allow it

Motels sometimes can be a good deal but sadly I felt like this was a rip off the bathtub wasn’t cleaned, the sheets weren’t cleaned, and the light switches needed to be fixed. If I had of stayed longer I would’ve either gone to another motel or request another room.

Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Pictures on Expedia are definitely dated. Hotel was hard to find. Their sign was not lit. Office smelled horrible. A combination of wet rag and food smells. Check-in was quick enough, but they tried to get me to leave a cash deposit. The clerk only relented because I said I would leave and contest the charges with Amex if he persisted. Room did not feel clean. I wiped the bathroom counter with their washcloth before I put my stuff down and the white cloth ended up dirty brown. I did not walk around barefoot. I used the bath mat to shuffle around and it also ended up real dirty. Tub also needed a good cleaning. Only saving grace was the sheets were clean so I went to bed and left as soon as I could. Oh, and don’t plan on swimming in the pool.

Booked the hotel drove 2 hours to get closer to my destination once i got there front desk was rude and told me that they did not have a room/ reservation for.

because we called three times no body answer phone and credit card on file was decline so that why we have to cancel room if you prepaid online you do not have to go through this problems. the time you came we were sold out and we already cancel reservation before you arrive at property.

Property does not look like the photos. Arrived to check in, handed the gentleman at the front desk my ID and payment, & let him know I booked on Expedia & gave him my last name. The employee typed on the computer for about 7mins and motioned such that he did not have any record of my reservation. I say ‘motion’ because it is obvious he did not speak English. He then held up a piece of paper with two other names written on it asking if either of these people were me. Of course they were not. He then asked me to show him the Expedia reservation on my phone, looked at it for several mins & took nearly 15 additional mins to ‘find’ my reservation which I assume was him just entering my info into their system. On top of the poor check in, the room was half way renovated, as in, the walls were only partially painted, the couch had bleach & ‘other’ stains, there was a hole in the wall where the smoke alarm should’ve been, & the ceilings had no paint, it was only drywall & you could still see the drywall screws. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Would give 0 stars if possible.
