저렴한가격이 아니고 싼가격에 속은 느낌이네요
모닝콜 살포시 무시하시고 예약한 방이랑 다른방 주시고 발코니에 빨래엔 담뱃재가 가득 묻어나고 아침 식사는 정체모를 벌레랑 합석하고 헤어 드라이어부탁하니 없다고 일관하시고 다시는 갈일없고 빈방이 왜 많은지 알겠네요

3일 묶었습니다 짜증만 얻고 갑니다 더블베드발코니방예약했건만 그런방은 없다고 일관함ㅡㅡ 헤어드라이어 요청했습니다 역시 없다고 일관함 ㅡㅡ 모닝콜 부탁했습니다 해준다 해놓고 쌩 ㅡㅡ 미안하다는말 절대안하더군요 발코니에 간단한 빨래 널어놓았더니 다른층에서 날라오는 담뱃재로 얼룩이 져서 다시 빨아야했으며...아침 식사 가능....하 진짜 관리하는사람하나없고 각종 벌레들이랑 같이 먹겠다싶겠더군요 건물이 오래되서 노후된것은 어쩔수없겠지만 서비스 마인드가 진짜 완전 꽝입니다 막말로 다른사람이 언제든지 가져갈수있게 키관리늘 하더군요

위치가 정말 좋아요!! 빠통에서 번화한곳에 있고, 정실론이 가까워서 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 하지만 조명이 너무 약해서 밤에 불켜도 어두웠고, 화장실 물줄기가 약했어요. 위치가 좋아서 다 용서가 되었답니다. 나름 수영장있고, 조식도 줍니다. 가격이 정말 싸요.

오래되었지만 밤9시까지 하는 실외수영장도 있습니다 위킹스트릿과 걸어서 5분 해변도 5분 이 가격치고는 꽤 괜찮은 위치와 가격 입니다 에어콘과 미니냉장고까지 있어 시원하게 음료 맥주등을 보관할수있습니다 다만 아쉬웠던건 데스크에 있는 여직원이 굉장히 딱딱합니다 다른 남자 직원은 반대로 너무 친절하네요

Nice Hotel.A little tucked away,in fact didn't know it was there despite being a frequent visitor to Patong having been recommended by a friend.Staff were sensational.Always cheerful & attentive,they're like one happy family.Nothing but good to say about my stay.Special mention to Layya & Party for making Happy hour fun.Inn Patong is changing hands in a couple of months,so i hope the vibe of the Hotel doesn't change

Top location Friendly helpful staff
I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly It is only a 3 Star but the staff and the location definitely make it a nicer stay than a 5 Star. It’s down a little laneway from the main Patong stretch which makes it very quiet. The breakfast was great but what makes it is the pool and bar with the beautifully friendly Leigha. The girls at the front desk were lovely too booking us a show, airport shuttles and general advice.

Decent cheap hotel
Hotel was ok nothing special but I knew this when I booked worth the £19 for a night I paid clean pool was good too hotel could do with updating as it looks a bit worn inside but overall worth the money I paid

Tres bien!
Hotellet var väldigt härligt och riktigt mysig pool, lite svårt att hitta i början men när man fick koll på det så låg det väldigt centralt och nära till allt. Väldigt bra wi-fi!

Disappointing
I have stayed in hundreds of hotels & never left negative feedback....until now (BTW I am a very low maintenance hotel guest) The hotel advertised "premium internet" This was the main reason I stayed there because I had to run an online meeting for a large number of clients. It lasted for 10 minutes and failed. I asked to speak to a manager about it (numerous times), and was told that the manager was not available for the week. This is more like a 2 star with a 4 star price. Breakfast was 3 food warmers. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, new towels, etc on 3 out of the 5 days & was told one day that it couldn't be done. Check in is 2pm, check out at 12pm - they will not alter this at all. There are many other places to stay - select one of them

Dear peter, Thank you for your comments which management has viewed and will address. We are sorry that certain things weren't up to your standard, but the time of year that you were here is High Season and the hotel is very busy with 100% occupancy. Due to the amount of people using the wifi in the aera "Patong" this time of year it tends to get overloaded. Your room is cleaned daily, on your request as mentioned on arrival. We will address this issue. Due to high occupancy and the time of the year, check in and checkout times have to be maintained to accommodate our other customers. We have always allow this alter, but it is managed by room availability Again thank you for your comments and are greatly appreciated Regards Inn Patong Hotel Management

Rummet var utan fönster. Det visade sig att för att få fönster måste jag välja rum med balkong! Receptionen hjälpte till så vi fick byta rum. Det kostade 400 bath extra för 3 nätter.

But the majority of our rooms have balconies overlooking either the pool area or the local streets. We feel the extra cost is well worth it for the additional comfort. Overall is just ok
If you love night life in Patong, this is a good place. Room is just OK quite old, staff is nice and drunker marching around in the night ... price is a bit high for just sleep.

Finally a hotel with good internet. Thank you The room was clean and the bed very good Bathroom was clean though small and dated The location was a bit out of the way but that was fine for me and there were a couple of restaurants close by and only 5 min walk to jungceylon and Bangala Street

Very central to all activities
I have stayed in many hotels in Patong, now that I have stayed at Inn Patong hotel I will always come back. The staff and the owner go out of there way to make you feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this hotel.

3 of us stayed in the room , the extra bed was horrible and uncomfortable , opened our sliding door and had a view of buildings in bad need of a paint job , the maid will only clean your room if you hunt her down, and only if you leave tag outside your door ,mind you they also left the balcony door opened and tag kept flying away . we complained 3 days in a row about this , there is no extra care taken to make the room look good just off white bed sheets not welcoming at all ,the room also had ants and the worse part is the reception staff are not friendly at all and have bad attitudes when quests complain the only good thing is that the hotel is near patong beach apparently they are upgrading the hotel , but if you are looking for a comfortable stay maybe look elsewhere

Easy and comfortable
Hotel was clean comfortable. Bed was good and pillows soft, room came with two bottles of water a day regardless if it was cleaned or not (up to you) and is very close to the beach and Bangla road. Pool is available from 9 until 9 and is where I spent about half of my time here! Hotel offers transport to the airport for about 800 Bhat if you want. Overall one of the best places I've stayed

近夜市，近酒巴街，又近巴東海灘，乎近又有便利店，有小遊泳池，吃不成問題，Big C也只須5分鐘途程，作為遊途尾站補給物資，不錯。

Hotel have good location, respetion are helpful.
Nice location,The front desk are very kind. But hotel quility just ok ... wifi not work very well, the bathroom toilet paper really too low. If you want to stay somewhere cheap and good location in Phuket, this hotel is ok.

simple and quaint
Simple little place about half mile away from bangla road. The staff was very good people and helpful if you needed any information. The rooms are clean and kept up for the price. Infact this place was the best deal i had all through my thailand visit.

Fairly basic
Very average stay. Hotel is fairly cheap but quite run down. Positives: Staff were friendly and kind. We had a maintenance issue and that was resolved by an engineer really quickly. Shower was decent. Locations was good, one road back from the beach, short walk to Bangla road, lots of stools, shops and restaurants near by. Negatives: The mattress was so thin and uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well. Although the location is decent and near everything, it's down a grotty ally which we weren't keen on. The pool is really small and shaded by all the tall buildings around it. Overall: if your looking for a cheap place with a decent location this could be good. As I travelled as a couple we wish we paid a bit more and stayed somewhere a bit nicer.
