Lo bueno: está a 30 m de la playa y a 150 m de Bangla road. La limpieza excelente. Lo malo: no tiene ascensor, no proveen champú café te pero si tiene pava eléctrica. Difícil comunicarse no saben inglés mayoría.

Det værste hotel, vi har boet på! Skulle iflg. Hotels.com ligge direkte på stranden, men lå i en sidegade til Beach Road. Lille værelse på knap 20 kvm. Intet vand i vandhanen på badeværelse. Køleskab virkede ikke. Fjernsynet var et 22 tommers med et utroligt dårligt billede. Dårligt internet. Vil på det kraftigste fraråde at booke dér!!

スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。下の食堂も安くて美味しかったです。１度シャワーが止まりました。オーナーさんが日本人で安心しました。繁華街とビーチにすごく近いのに宿泊費が安い。海で遊んですぐに部屋に戻れます。

Staff - Front desk receptionist (I think Mindy was her name) was stern and did not treat us with courtesy. She always spoke with an elevated tone and for some reason we found her to be racist. (She was seen hugging and talking nicely to some folks from Europe in the same hotel). We had also requested the room service person to change the pillow cover and bedsheet (there was some spots on pillow cover and hair on bedsheet) as soon as we got the room but all she did was raised her voice and said "just cleaned no clean again!!". Amenities: Only two bath towels were provided for the entire room per day. No hand towels or any extra towels. Worst of it all, towels provided on one day had holes in it. There is no phone in the room to call room service and the air conditioner took forever to cool down the room. We could not even leave the air conditioner ON while going out as they said they would impose a fine by doing so. Note: In spite of getting a room change, we still had the above issues in the new room as well. I think I have enough reasons to deter me from never ever staying at this property again. I would want to be compensated in some way or the other.

Staff were nice. Location very good. Few steps to patong beach and very near bangla street. Rooms were clean with daily housekeeping. Only negative is no rollaway bed provided even if we paid for extra person. We stayed for 3 nights. We requested to transfer to a room with 2 beds but was denied.

Terrible start to the holiday
We unable to check in to the hotel the first night because the night porter couldn't find the booking after a lot of explaining and talking the porter finally found the booking but there were no rooms the hotel was full!!!! So eventually after a number of telephone calls he took us across the road to a different hotel where we checked in for the night. This was approximately 2:30 am and we were shattered from traveling. So I don't know who was at fault the hotel or hotels.com I DONT THINK I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!!

When check in our room being taken, they upgrade us to another room. I don't like it, we're here for holiday, not moving one room to another. So bad. Hotel.com should reimburse my first day booking for the disturbances which we have to move to another room for the next morning.

年末年始に家族４人で
年末年始に家族４人で７泊ファミリールームを利用しました。部屋はシャワーの水圧が弱めなのと、トイレで流すのに少々時間がかかること、換気が悪いのかバスルームを締め切っているとにおいがこもるのが気になりましたが、価格のことを考えれば十分だったと思います。１階のレストランは店員の方がテキパキと動いており、料理も早くいっぺんに持ってきてくれました。オーナーの西岡さんもとても感じの良い方で、毎回声をかけてくれました。周辺には徒歩１分圏内にマッサージ店が何件も有り、毎日違う店に通いました。価格も手ごろでした。

Hotel charged twice, hotels.com resolved it
It should have been a decent stay had the hotel not tried to charge us again (read cash) once we had already paid by hotels.com The customer service support from the website was prompt to contact the hotel and resolve this. About the stay, it was decent. Good location, right near to the Patong Beach.

hotel très bien situé dans une petite rue tranquille perpendiculaire à la rue de bord de plage. Plage à 80 m. Restos tres bien et pas chers dans cette ruelle. Hotel un peu ancien mais propre avec un très bon acceuil. Parfois le soir quelques problèmes avec l'eau chaude, il faut parfois attendre quelques minutes qu'elle "revienne". Sinon rapport qualité prix parfait.

Hotell som ligger väldigt centralt och nära stranden. De hittade inte oss i sin bokning när vi kom. Men det löste sig efter ett tag. Ok rum, stort badrum o stor garderob. Lite hårda sängar.

Positif: Hôtel pas cher une douche et une bainoire petit dressing sympa Chambre de bonne taille Bonne situation Rue calme la nuit bon restaurant. Négatif: Le frigo s'arrête quand on enlève la clef. Climatisation prend beaucoup de temps pour refroidir toute la pièce. Pas de balcon (pratique pour les fumeur mais aussi pour faire sécher les affaire. Linge de plage petit et usée

Cheap and Central to everything
Very cheap and worth the stay. No luxuries of any kind but you are in the center of everything. If you plan on not staying at the hotel and doing activities all day then this is perfect. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They're very kind and considerate.

Good for price
The room was very basic and a little outdated, but had great storage space if you were more long term (full closet, 3 high cubbords, a vanity, a bed and a chair). The bathroom was fully updated and felt clean. The room was nothing special but good for the price. The location was great! Half a street from the beach, a couple blocks from Bangla Road (pedestrian street with tons of bars/clubs, shops and restaurants). Great location. Just warning - its about an hour from the ferry piers and the airport.

Buone camere e ottimo ristorante
L’abergo è a 100mt dal mare in una via con pochissimo traffico. La camera era pulita giornalmente così come il cambio asciugamani. L’arredamento della camera era spartano ma pratico, la nostra camera aveva il balcone che ho trovato molto comodo sia per fumare che per stendere i panni. Il ristorante sotto era sempre pieno e la cucina era veramente buona con prezzi nella norma degli altri locali di Patong. Unico neo (ma non troppo importante)...il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ma come assistenza (tour, noleggio scooter ecc ecc...) è migliorabile; c’è da dire che a Patong le scelte non mancano e di certo non è indispensabile avere un servizio de genere il albergo. Tutto sommato però sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.

Läget var topp om man vill ha närheten till stranden och till service 😊 Hotellet skulle nog i mitt tycke nedgraderas till ett hostel. Slitet och nedgånget. Vi fick dessutom ett rum utan balkong. Maten nere i restaurangen var dock bra och relativt billig.

Amazing place
I loved all the staff very accomodating and they always smiling. Room is nice and it not noisy, its clean and pleasant. I love the stay.

Excelente ubicación, tienes todo cerca, restaurantes, bares, tiendas, masajes, cajero automático Atm, todo lo que necesites, la habitación muy espaciosa con dos camas King y un baño enorme con bañera, todo limpio y seguro.

安心して泊まれるホテル
場所からは想像できないくらい静かです。新たしい施設ではないが、とても綺麗に清掃が行き届いており、スタッフも夜の受付のおばさんもオーナーさんも本当に本当に優しく親切で快適に過ごせました。

4го декабря 2017г. Мы заселились в отельБрейк Поинт в каторый планировали заехать ещё год назад. И после заселения наши представления совпали с реальностью. Номера чистые без какой либо живности,я даже подумал что на Патонге извели всех комаров. Персонал более чем приветливый. Далее у этого отеля одноимённый ресторан,всё очень вкусно и не дорого. Напротив отеля массажный салон,девчонки за 300 бат разбирают по косточкам и собирают обратно без болезненно выходишь из салона как новая копейка. Далее 100 метров и трёх километровый пляж

Överträffade mina förväntningar till det priset. Ingen lyx men lugnt läge och trevlig personal. Skön säng. Dock endast ett litet fönster för den som vill ha det. Rekommenderas varmt till den som vill ha bra komfort till billigt pris samtidigt som kravet på lyx inte är prio. En pärla som någon skrev.

清潔で便利なロケーション
初めてのプーケット一人旅行でした。 日本人オーナーということに加えて、ビーチに徒歩５分で行かれるということで、こちらのホテルを選びました。 設備は古い感じですが清潔で、シャワーも温かく十分な水圧でした。 夜のバングラー通りに歩いて行かれますし、向かう大通りは、夜中まで人通りが絶えず、夜道の一人歩きも危険を感じませんでした。 ビーチに近いので、気が向いたらビーチタオルを借りて、短時間遊ぶこともできました。 スターバックスやマクドナルドも近くにあります。ホテルのレストランで食事をしましたが、安価で大変おいしかったです。 オプショナルツアーの送迎もホテルまで来てくれますし、従業員の方がとても親切でした。

Best Bargain
For the price you pay, everything about this family owned facility is excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The food is excellent and cheaper than any of the restaurants I've been to around here. The hotel owner and manager speaks English, Thai, and Korean. The guests here are older and from almost every continent at any given time. As soon as you step outside, the shopping and massage begins. I strongly advise getting a daily foot massage. You have five shops within a 15 seconds walk. An hour long foot or Thai body massage will set you back 200 baht ($6 USD). The beach is across the street which will take take you 30 seconds to walk (if you're old).
