I was sorry to hear that the guests in the property made your stay feel unsafe. Please rest assured, while we are a pet friendly hotel, most of our guests are extended stay, so they are here for work. We never have issues with crime in our hotel and want to ensure our guests feel safe when checking in and staying with us. I'm sorry to see that you didn't enjoy your stay. We have a smoking floor and non smoking available for our guests to avoid any smoke smell for our non-smoking patrons. Unfortunately, due to being an extended stay hotel, our guests cook often in their rooms, which I understand can leave a bad experience in the hallways for our other guests.
