메인 스트리트에서 떨어진 곳에 위치하여, 조용한 환경은 강점. 단 호텔에서 제공되는 교통편의가 없기에 이점은 아쉬움 인근 리조트에서는 메인 스트리트까지 셔틀이 운행되고 있슴

젤 구석에 위치해서 교통편은 불편하지만, 조용히 쉬다 오기 좋은 곳입니다. 해변 모래사장도 넓어서 좋구요. 직원들도 친절하구요. 단 식당에서 비프스테이크는 먹지마세요.. 너무 질겨요...ㅜㅜ

Great clean quiet hotel with lovely beach.
I booked a beach front bangalow, and it was really clean and nice. Comfy bed, clean room. There were some mozzies but mozzies are everywhere. Their breakfast was standard but fresh. Staff were really friendly. Beach was quiet and clean, I assume the hotel cleanes everyday. Its a bit of distance from the main tourist area so if you dont rent a bike, cost for taxi might be a bit at the end. It was around 10mins by car. Plan to come back next year.

Toller Strand - Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Blick auf Strand und Meer, was will man mehr? Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, wenn auch die gesamte Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen sein zu scheint. Der Strand ist einfach super, total ruhig, breit und tief, Liegen und Schirme super! Das Personal hat uns für 8€ am Tag einen Roller organisiert, damit kommt man dann auch gut auf die etwas entfernte Küstenstraße. Auch wenn der Ort überwiegend in russischer Hand ist, findet man immer ein nettes Lokal oder Restaurant. Das Frühstück war üppig, lecker und gut. Leider war die Kitesurf Schule nicht besetzt, das war eigentlich auch ein Grund für die Wahl des Hotels. Wer also einfach etwas entspannen will, sollte hier hin kommen, Party und etwas mehr Action findet man in Mui Ne

Room smelly. There were many mosquitoes in the room. Towel is dirty. Mildew was growing in breakfast bread.

Ruhiges und kleines Resort
Ruhige und idyllische Lage. Perfekt für eine Auszeit nebst dem doch eher lauten und hektischen Alltag der vietnamesischen Städten. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kinder dort und für alle gab es was. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Nydelige omgivelser med stort potensiale. God service tross dårlige engelskkunnskaper. Dårlig renhold og helt ok mat. Vi hadde bassenget for oss selv store deler av oppholdet. Veldig stille og rolig, men ganske mye vind da vi var der. God valuta for pengene.

A little tired far away from Mui Ne
Lovely beach, but the resort is far away from everything...Mui Ne and Phan Thiet.. The breakfast was poor. nothing is kept chilled. this means that cheese has melted for example... easy to get bad stomach. Room is very clean but rundown. Most of the furniture must be replaced. Towels and Bathrobe have rust stains. The Same goes for the sunbeds and the beach and pool area. they need to be repaired or replaced.

Service non existant but BEAUTIFUL place
BEAUTIFUL PARADIES BEACH AND HOTEL but be prepared for: a closed restaurant, to beg for a sandwich so you don't have to drive 6km into town, sleeping staff, setting up you beach mat yourself every morning, an enjoying breakfast service etc. Anyway we enjoyed it because the place was so beautiful. We should have taken the beach view, it's really worth it! Standard rooms are quite dark..

Nice hotel no service
Arrived after travelling 2 months by motor bike in SE Asia. Just wanted a couple of beach days. great looking menu. but lunch was only ham and cheese toasted sandwich on offer. Could not find staff at pool bar restaurant to get a beer. Dinner told by 2 staff in restaurant there was no dinner on offer at all. It is a long way to anywhere else to eat. Why not have one staff member and chef to at least offer something to guests or advise early the restaurant will not be open.

Not what I expected
While the view was beautiful from our room, I was not impressed with the resort. We booked for three people, but were informed of hidden expenses upon arrival. We didn't receive an overview of the amenities of the resort, nor were given a map or any information about the surrounding area. To top it off, the wifi in our room did not work and there was bird droppings on one of the bed sheets. While it was replaced when asked the dirty sheets were just left on the floor and there was no cleaning service in the morning. Overall, I was disappointed with White Sands Resort.

It would have been nice if they would have mentioned that is was the slow season and that they had nothing open at the hotel. No food or drinks available on property what so ever. We had to take a taxi into town if we wanted to eat anything. The pool was not clean. The pool table had a big rip in the felt, rendering the only activity to do on property useless. This place has potential but was very disappointed for what I got for what I paid.

Good Location, Need Immediate Renovation
Hotel need a lot of renovation as it's an old resort at good location but not maintained well. However I believe staff's approach, attitude & behaviour is keeping the ray hope for this resort.

My Family of 6 stayed there 3 nights and love the fact that it was at the end of the beach so it was very peaceful and quiet. The staff were very accommodating and help us prepare our fresh seafood that we bought from a nearby market. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Mui Ne Vietnam.

Quiet!
You never know until you find out! White Sands will give you a taste of isolation..if that's what you're looking for! The nearest restaurant is a mile or two walk down the beach if you're up for it. It does have one of the best beaches on the strip though; clean and well kept. We had a beautiful sea view. Pool was dirty. Room in very shabby condition. Overpriced in that sense. But the breakfast was decent.

The pictures do not match reality
The hotel did not live up to the expectations that we had from looking at the pictures. It was really run down. We had a leaking pipe and missing lightbulbs in our room. The hotel was probably nice 10 years ago but since then their seem to be no maintance made. Lose railings on several stairs. Not worth the price at all. Restaurant with ok food but nothing special.

fab place to relax
Great little resort. If you want to get away from it all this is a great place to do that. It's in a quiet area with a lovely desserted beach. Fantastic views of the sea, so relaxing. Only a 5-10 min/50-60 dong taxi ride to centre so fine. Staff really helpful, they booked a trai ticket for us and even went to the station to collect it without extra charge. Amazing service. All other staff were friendly too. Best to travel there by train.

Helt fantastiskt hotell
Fantastiskt hotell med bra service. Hela området är väl skött, rent och man möts av leenden från personalen. Hotellet är väldigt mysigt och ligger precis vid stranden som också är ren och fin. Personalen hjälper till med solstolar, dynor och handdukar. Även poolen är fräsch och det finns gym och ett rum med biljard och dart. Maten i restaurangen är lite dyrare än i stan men är fantastiskt god och verkligen värd priset. Hotellet ligger en liten bit från Mui Ne men tar bara 5 min med taxi in till Mui Ne. Ett hotell för avkoppling.

Ligger väldigt långt från allt, bra i viss bemärkelse, då det är lugnare, men måste ta taxi om man vill käka något annat eller ta en drink med lite folk omkring. Hotellet i sig är rätt så gammalt, och i duschen kom det knappt nån vatten. Vattnet i poolen är inte heller det renaste. Stranden kan vara rätt så blåsigt, och det förklarar den stora mängd kite-surfare som kan ses, men inte så skönt när man ligger på stranden och blir halvt begravd av allt sand som blåser på en.

Incredible view and great staff
The room and view were amazing. The hotel is at the end of the beach, and being off the strip was very relaxing. The staff were very accommodating, and were able to help us prepare our fresh seafood that we bought nearby. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Vietnam.

Relaxation away from the city
We are a family of 5 and spent 4 days in mui ne. The hotel is a good walk along the beach from the main town but we liked the peace. There are loads of taxis going up and down. We visited the sleeping Buddha and the sand dunes where my boys went on a quad bike and rode on an ostrich! The fairy springs are lovely too. The beach is clean with big waves for surfing. Watch out for sand flies though. Had a great time.

Great exprience
It was a great 2 night stay. Pay a few more dollars and you could get to enjoy the view of sea. very quiet and peaceful place with its own private beach, about +/- 10usd to get to the nearest town(phan thiet/mui ne). I book through here and requested for a romantic set up, and was not dissapointed. Pool was clean, restraunt food was too notch with european/vietnamese crusine. Met a manager who he said he was from england, with easy communication i requested for a dining at the beach side and he agreed without hesitant and with extra charges. had a great night, i propose to my girlfriend at that time, after dinner we went back to our room and see that our room was arraged again with the romantic way with my request. Thanks to him for making it happen. you dont have to worry too much about paying for this and that facilities as steam room, jaccuzi, suana room, pool table are all free accept for massage services. Things that are not so good is wifi our room is out of reach of wifi signals, too weak to do anything so i had to sit around at the lobby just to get access to the internet. Next, i see cockroacges in our room it did not hinder me much but im not sure for other hotel guests. This resort deserve more stars for the service they provide.

Если хотите отдохнуть без Муйне, в бунгало рядом с морем, красивым пляжем, тогда этот отель для Вас. Вежливый персонал, ресторан, зеленая территория, чистый пляж. Берите фумигатор от комаров, очень злые мошки... Парная, сауна и зал с тренажерами к Вашим услугам.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Das Resort liegt außerhalb von Mui Ne, eher schon mehr in der Nähe von Phan Thiet an einem wunderbaren weißen Sandstrand. Mit dem Taxi ist man um sehr wenig Geld in 5 Minuten im Trubel der Küstenstraße nach Mui Ne. Die Anlage ist in einem extrem gut gepflegten Zustand, auch wenn sie schon etwas älter ist. Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Meerblick und waren überwältigt. Die Ausstattung entspricht dem normalen Hotelstandard. Es ist alles da was man so braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und um jede Hilfestellung bemüht. Einzig die Englischkenntnisse könnten ein wenig besser sein. Trotzdem bekommt man immer was man möchte. Das Restaurant bietet von heimischer bis internationaler Küche ein breites Angebot. Sauna, Fitnessbereich, Billard und Strandbar runden das Angebot ab. Sehr gut hat uns persönlich gefallen, dass dieses Resort nicht von russischen Touristen übervölkert war. Nachdem die Anlage auch nicht sehr groß ist, ist ein angenehmer und erholsamer Urlaub fast garantiert. Auf diesen Weg wollen wir uns nochmal bei allen Angestellten für eine sehr schöne Flitterwochen bedanken und sind uns sicher, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Paikan kaunein hiekkaranta
Hotelli sijaitsi tosi kauniilla valkoisella hiekkarannalla joka oli eristyksissä muusta. Tämä tarkoittaa myös että hotellista matka muuhun elämään on pitkä ja aiheuttaa taksikuluja. Etenkin pimeällä en suosittele kävellä takaisin hotellille koska pimeällä tiellä on vapaita koiria. Hotellin palvelutaso oli riittävä ja huone oli puhdas ja viihtyisä jossa oli kaunis merinäköala. Muutenkin hotelli oli tosi viihtyisä puutarhoineen ja altaneen. Ruoka oli muuten hyvä mutta rasvaa oli vähän liikaa verrattuna Vietnamin muihin ruokapaikkoihin missä irtonaista öljyä ei ikinä näkynyt. Vastaanotto pelasi ja muutamia englantia riittävästi puhuviakin löytyi hotellin henkilökunnasta. He auttoivat mielellään asioiden hoitamisessa. Hotelli oli kyllä hintansa arvoinen. Suosittelen etenkin niille jotka haluavat olla rahuaisassa ja kauniissa paikassa eristyksissä liikenteeltä ja turistimassoilta.

Hotellet ligger vid en underbar strand, lite avskilt från övriga hotell och därmed lugnare läge. Bra frukost, bra hotellrestaurang med ok priser. Trevlig personal. Lätt att ta sig in till Mui Ne, det tar ca 5 min med taxi. Vi återvänder gärna hit.

Best Sand Beach around
Enjoyed our stay very much, walked sandy beach every morning to watch the sun rise. Pool, spa facilities top notch. Food was excellent. entire staff very friendly. It does not get any better when you can take 10 steps out the back of your room and have your toes in the sand.
