Small but Kind staff.
I had a difficult time to find Hotel Belmont. But the staff was kind and Blackfast was not bad.

The property was close to the Paddington station, which is what I was looking for. Love the quietness of the location. The staff was very courteous. The building is on the older side, the property seems to be in the process of being renovated. My bathroom seems newer. The rooms were quite small. The double room was tight for 2 small people. I would go back, as it served all my needs.

The staff were very efficient, welcoming, and helpful. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel for you, however, this hotel is fantastic value.

エリザベスラインで空港を利用するのに便利でした。 朝食無料とありましたが、朝食は無かったです。受付でも無しと言われました。 お掃除の女性は親切でした。

Stairs were difficult to walk up and down and I could hear people in other rooms at 3am. Limited plug sockets. However the room was generally good.

Initial staff were really polite and helpful. Location was great. Shower head and tv were broken. Walls very thin. I had parked for a hour and my circumstances had changed so I had to leave the hotels parking. The receptionist was hostile, shaking her head at me saying they turned someone away for me to have parking. I offered to pay for the time I was parked but she was extremely rude and didn’t even respond. My guest was shocked at the behaviour too.

Bathroom was like one on a cruise ship and shouldn’t be in use sink plastic was cracked and had no plug - was v small when you sat on the loo my knees touched the door and I’m only 5ft 2. Shower water pressure was v poor and was v crampt toilet was right on top of the shower with no room to move in it - needs to be updated !!! Bedroom was ok would benefit from a couple of bed side lamps as only had 1 main light - TV reception was terrible kept on coming up with a no signal message and had limited channels no BBC1, 2 ,ITV,Chanel 4 or 5.

This is the most basic accommodation you could get, very small and old-fashioned rooms with a closet-sized bathoom/shower shoehorned into it. The staff seemed unable to speak enough English to take basic requests and breakfast was a disappointment. Yes very cheap, but toast which is more than warm bread and clean cups is surely a given? The lady at breakfast (the one who could speak English) got shirty when I politely requested a clean cup and her response was there were no more cups! We didn't bother with breakfast the second day. If you're after literally a base then it's good enough for that. Safe area and not far from the tube.

Om du liker å ha det rent, så er ikke dette plassen. Dårlige dusjer, bad som minner om bad på båt. Det trakk kaldt fra vinduet. Flekkete sengetøy. De støvsuger ikke, bare feier. Stram parfymelukt i lobby og gang som kan være utfordrende for astmatikere. Frokost består av loff og egg. Eneste plusset var at det lå sentralt.

The shower head was leaking and broken. Shower tray didn’t drain properly so had to turn the shower to allow drainage. Banging and scraping until just after 10 pm.

Var ett litet hotell med små rum, bilderna på hemsidorna visade större rum.. En 120 säng som klassas som dubbelsäng, väldigt trångt för 2 st att sova i en stenhård 120cm säng utan fjädring över huvud taget. Golvytan existerade knappt, fick precis plats med att lägga ut en kabinväska på golvet. Vissa utav personalen väldigt trevliga, andra upplevdes som lite dryga. Städning varje dag, dock mer som undanplockning.. Vi fick ej nya handdukar och sängkläder under de 4 dagarna vi var där, utan de bäddade endast sängen och sen vek ihop våra andvända handdukar. När jag skulle duscha på kvällen igen så var det min gamla fortfarande fuktiga handduk med lite sminkrester på sig som de hade vikt ihop

O quarto em si era bom, apesar do banheiro ser pequeno. O maior problema foram os 3 lances de escada para subir com malas, pois os degraus eram estreitos. O café da manhã é bom, só um pouco desorganizado, mas os funcionários queridos.

Room was okay shower door was hanging off when we arrived so had to fix. Toilet roll holder fell off wall, hole in wall in bathroom. Towels were stained aswell. Breakfast was average.
