The TV remote did not work. Went out to get ice and couldn’t find any, Ice machines on both the fourth and eighth floor were not functioning. Hotel room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking situation was really bad. We had to drive around the entire city to find a space because all parking at the hotel and general vicinity was full even though parking is advertised as part of the hotel amenities.

The room was just ok. The breakfast the next day was horrible. Ran out of food, never came around to ask if we wanted anything. Had to hunt people down to get anything, including the bill!

Great Location! Elevator service is sketchy. A little concerning. Front desk staff was great. Suprisngly found a dirty sock in the bed. The air quality needs work. Our rooms were stuffy and had a wet concrete smell. Not sure why. Probability of going back is slim. Hope this helps.

The room was in excellent condition. The bathroom was clean but the bar of soap was opened and used and only 1 bar for 2 people.

Worst experience ever
One of the worst experience. Hotel is old and falling appart. Had to change room 3 times in 5 days because something would break (toilet, TV, …). Desk staff wasn’t helping much and impossible to speak to a manager. I’ll never go there again !

Not impressed with this hotel. First they gave us keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. They were able to accommodate us right away but it was a nuisance bringing our things up to a room and have to go back down to check in again. Then we paid for a parking spot in the garage which I had thought guaranteed us a spot. We went out for the evening and when we returned the garage was full and we were on our own to find overnight parking in the area. If I had known that I probably wouldn’t have moved my car. With all the other options in the area I will not stay here again.

Hilton was not hiltoning
The Hilton was not Hiltoning. No fridge in the room. No micron the room. Parking fee to park in an unsafe/hazardous lot. The entrance and exit was the same one gate. $30 to park the car yourself. Small spaces and the driving was single lane. Bed and room was comfortable with an extra large bed. Easy to find and conveniently located.

This Hilton needs a renovation
I thought most Hilton's are clean and ready to go. Our room had dents in the walls and it was not clean. I could also hear my neighbor sneezing at night. So it was did not feel that private. Also the garage was falling apart.

Your paying for the name. THATS IT!
Our first time staying at Hilton but i was higher disappointed. No complimentary breakfast, no microwave or fridge in the room. Parking is not free. Popcorn ceiling and some mold in upper corners of the bathroom. Just disappointed 😞 and will never book with Hilton. I have stayed in better hotels with better amenities. I asked for a warm Blanket for my grandmother and was told the blanket on the bed is sufficient. Sad experience!
