Darrell, I am terribly sorry to hear you had a disappointing stay with us. We try to be clear in our advertising that we are on the beachside of the street, not oceanfront. The walkway to the beach is 100 yards from our outdoor pool. I am terribly sorry that our location did not meet your expectations.

Hello Scottie, I am so sorry to hear you felt as though our staff was rude. This kind of feedback is very atypical for the front desk staff here. I do apologize that your friend was unable to check in upon arrival because the reservation was not in her name. She also did not have a valid ID, so we could not proceed any further until your arrival due to these security concerns. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but for obvious reasons we do take our guests' safety very seriously.
