Stayed here after a concert in Oxford. This hotel had better reviews than hotels in Grenada. Overall property was well maintained and clean, I will say the sconces by our bed were covered in dust but linens, floors, and bathrooms were clean. They do have a 24 hour front desk, we checked in at like 2a with zero issues.

Breakfast is not free at this hotel! If you want to eat in your room, they charge $15 a plate! To eat in your room is considered dining out! Also they count the towels you use and will only replace what you used! I caught the housekeeper literally counting my towels before she gave me new ones smh!

Breakfast is free to dine in. One can eat as much as they want. Take away is not complimentary. We do replace towels and all linen are accounted. We have no choice. Thank you for staying with us.

Very spacious, clean room. This property does not have an elevator which makes taking things to room a little difficult but it would not hinder us from staying here again. Overall very nice hotel.

From the moment of check in the guest service lady was extremely nice and warm. We came from Illinois and she said she will be my aunt for the day. LOl! I didn't see her anymore. The room was very nice. My son and I loved the bed and the pillows, felt really good. Would recommend this stay in the future.

Will Definitely be Coming Back!
Sheqeria is the best hostess/receptionist at this location. She knows how to help make clients feel welcome. She thinks out of the box to address issues and make them non-issues, which is probably why I had none to report. Next best is Talesia, but I only encountered her once, at checkout. The two ladies in the breakfast room are both excellent, as is the breakfast itself. My stay was so good, I extended by three days, one day at a time.

Hidden secret in Greenwood
Arrival and check-in went smoothly. The hotel was very clean, our room was fresh and clean. Surrounding area was quiet during sleeping hours. The breakfast was good and the ladies in the breakfast area were very pleasant. When checking out the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant as well.

I came to town for the annual Bikes, Blues and Bayous ride. This was my second year and second time staying at Sure Stay. The accommodations are excellent, very clean and comfortable!

Ok place but showing its age.
Stairway near our room was locked. Ice machine on our floor didin't work. Had requested a first floor room on our reservation, but were put on 2nd floor which was difficult for my wife...no elevator.

Indoor/outdoor Pool
I had very low expectations but this placed turned out to be amazing! I was visiting my Mississippi family for a 4 day weekend trip. What attracted me to the hotel was the indoor/outdoor pool. I had a child traveling with me so this was the highlight of their day. The hotel was very clean and maintained. The breakfast had a lot to choose from. All the staff was very friendly. The price was reasonable. Will definitely stay here again.

Guest claimed of leaving a Jump drive in the room. We inspected the room and checked with staff working on the room. We did not find the jump drive. We informed the same to the guest. Unfortunately guest is blaming the hotel. Sorry for your loss of jump drive.
