살루트역에서 도보3분, 산마르코광장까지 20여분에 한번씩 오는 바포레토로 이동하기도 쉽고 호텔에서 광장까지 걸어가도 20여분, 아카데미아다리랑 페기구겐하임, 살루테성당 가까워서 위치가 너무 만족스러웠어요 조식레스토랑은 grand canal 보며 먹을수있는 팬시한 레스토랑이었는데 음식은 소소했지만 과일이 많아서 나름 만족스러웠고 다시 묵을 의사있습니다. 직원들도 친절한 편이었고 테라스가 있는 방이라 더 좋았네요. 냄새없이 실내도 깨끗했어요

the best in venice
perfect location overlooking grand canal, away from major tourist area which gave me a big break, but still close to cool museums around. staffs are very helpful and hotel interior and room condition are fantastic!!

Picture-worthy location with beautifully appointed (albeit small vs. US) rooms and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were very helpful. The only thing to be aware of is that you will have to either walk 10-15 mins to get to the bridge to go over to San Marco (the heart where Doge's Palace is, etc.) or figure out the hydrofoil public transport - which is much closer but a bit confusing to figure out how to purchase/use tickets.

Property was amazing. Dinner with guitar entertainment on the terrace may well be the highlight of our trip. Staff organized to have a hotel employee accompany us to the train station in Venice to help us find and board our train. Hotel upgraded us to an amazing room overlooking the canal. Hotel is centrally located and very helpful getting us around. This is definitely a winner in Venice.

Was given an upgrade which felt like a downgrade. For the amount of $$$ I would have expected better. Upgraded room was clear up in the rafters of the building. Bed was in the loft very hot up there. Shower and toilet downstairs, bath and bed upstairs 😂 room complete hodgepodge. Shower was weird and leaked water from the door out into the bathroom. The rest of the hotel seemed nice snd maybe the regular rooms are better than the upgrades 😂

We really enjoyed the excellent service…From the front desk staff who arranged our water taxis for us to the servers at breakfast who remembered our coffee orders daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Desconozco si disfruté de un upgrade en la categoría de la habitación porque seleccioné un Deluxe y es la que aparece en la página web del hotel como tal; ¿VIP Access? No. Como cada año, el personal que ya conocemos, sensacional en el trato y servicio de Recepción, desayuno (Rosella y su equipo), jefe de sala de Antinoo's en cenas y terraza, magnífico. De la habitación y sus amenities, un par de veces no repusieron hasta que llamamos y otra tuve que dejar dejar el paquete de bolsas higiénicas sobre el bidé al 2º día para que lo repusieran; sobre la botella de agua al día, 2 veces sin; en una de ellas, lo dijimos a la mañana siguiente y nos la dieron al momento, la tarde-noche del 19.06, sin nada. Pese a haber hecho una anotación en la reserva de Expedia, sin factura de lo pagado.

Beautiful hotel! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They seemed to go out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful, the restaurant was very nice. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient, it’s next to a water bus stop. There are a lot of tasty restaurants within walking distance.

The things I appreciate about the Sina Centurion Palace in Venice, Veneto, Italy was the location and the excellent condition of the property. The property was clean and had a fantastic old time charm. The location of the hotel made it very convenient to participate in the events and activities located near Saint Mark's Square. On the other hand, I was offended when the hotel refused to provide me with my upgrade. The gentleman at the front desk told me that I was not getting my upgrade because the other guests paid more for their stay than I did. His actions were unprofessional and unorthodox. Most of the time when I approached the front door no one opened the door for me or my daughter (I witnessed staff open the door for other guests). That was weird. Furthermore, I was harassed multiple times by staff at the property to purchase $500 dinner tickets for their New Years Eve party. I declined. Why would I purchase New Years Eve event tickets from a hotel staff who did not make me feel welcomed or valued as a guest at their establishment. On New Years Eve, I returned to the hotel to find my room disheveled. I was definitely offended by that situation. I had to call the front desk to request they clean my room. They sent two men up to make my bed and clean the bathroom. The only person who treated my daughter and I with dignity and respect and made us feel extremely welcomed was a waitress. I would never stay at the Sina Hotel again. The service I received was horrible.

As far as the complaint of the room cleaning on Dec., 31st is concerned, we checked with the housekeeping Dept, and you left the "do not disturb" hanging out of the door. Superbe location and beautiful facade right on the canal grande . Friendly staff. Decoration of the interior has not been given any thought, very cheap and could make the place so much more high level if done right .

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé . Belle chambre donnant sur le grand canal. Personnel très agréable ( mention spéciale pour Silvia qui nous a accueilli le jour de notre arrivée et à l'exceptionnelle Francesca du petit déjeuner toujours à l'écoute, avenante , et qui faisait l'effort de nous parler en Français .

It is clean and nice , but that's about it . Breakfast was poor , dry burned bacon and no bread selection at all . When ordered omlet from the menue it was dry , just like whipped egg , no taste .... bad coffee . In bathroom shower , taps - all was splashing all over the place . Very design oriented but it is not maintained properly .Also the room key gadget was blinking weird blue light through the night , it was really strange , as the whole room was for one moment blue ...how you suppose to sleep with this , very annoying . I was expecting so much more , really wanted to experience the hotel , you pay a fortune and you get 3* hotel breakfast & 4 star hotel experience .

The staff was exceptional. Sylvia, Nikola, Francesca and the list goes on couldnt have been more accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sina Centurion! My one bedroom was beautiful, spacious. The hotel is close to popular ferry routes and overlooked the grand canal but was still quiet. I’m grateful to Paolo, Elena and all the staff who were very helpful and thoughtfully recommended activities and adventures. For example, the Sina Sunset Cruise was a one of a kind experience organized by the hotel. It offered incredible views of Venice and the surrounding island, delicious food and great company! When I come back to Venice I know exactly where I will be staying. Grazie Mille!

Beautiful property in Venice in the perfect location. If I could sit and watch the boats on the Grand Canal every morning with coffee or every evening with a glass of wine, I would. Arriving and departing via water taxi, also an incredible experience. Staff kind and helpful. Area around the hotel, outstanding. Don't feel stuck in the middle of tourist area yet still plenty of beautiful shops and quaint restaurants.

ホテルの部屋からの眺めや部屋の広さがイマイチだったので、次回ベネチアから時は部屋とホテルをしっかり選ぼうと思う 毎朝よ朝食が美味しく、ホテルスタッフの方も丁寧に接してくれて 初ベネチアがとても良い思い出になった

Veréis, para nosotros, el Sina Centurión Palace es nuestro hotel de cabecera en Venecia, el de referencia. Es nuestra casa veneciana. Nos sentimos queridos. Rosella y su equipo de las mañanas, Nicola y Federico y sus equipos en el restaurante Antino's, Stefano en Recepción y sus compañeros; todos ellos hacen que nuestra estancia, aunque corta, siempre sea placentera y no queramos marchar.
