Thanks Jae-Eun. We have made every effort to understand your concern. We gather that you were unsatisfied with the noise level from the planes and from the parking situation. We do apologize that your experience was less than perfect. Since we are an Airport Hotel, we do get some overhead noise from passing planes. Recognizing this, we have taken the necessary steps to reduce the noise as much as possible so our guest can still have a quite and peaceful stay. I am sorry that your stay was not as we expect it to be. The parking lot is a shared parking lot and the parking spots are standard sizes. There is also parking on the side of the hotel as well, to ensure that all our guests and their patrons have sufficient and safe parking.
