전체적으로 괜찮습니다. 청결하고,,,다만 도로에 근접해서인지,,,,아니면 방음이 문제인지, 차 소리며 트램이 지나갈 때 누워서 그 진동을 느낄 수 있었습니다......예민하신 분은 피하시는게 좋을 듯.

오레곤센터 출장이라면 위치, 가격 양호함. 근처에 편의 시설 있고, 밤 늦게 다녀도 안전함. 호텔 조식이 없어서 불편하지만, 전자레인지가 있어 편리함

직원들은 매우 친절했음 컨벤션 센터 정거장 바로 옆이라 교통이 편리한 반면 방음이 정말 하나도 안되서 전철 지나가는 소리가 너무 크게 들림 옆방 소음은 당연 적어도 이십년은 넘은 시설 같음 모든게 다 낡았고 화장실에는 곰팡이도 많음 심지어 온수도 안나옴... 호스텔 다음으로 저렴해서 예약했는데 모든 가격에는 이유가 있다!!! 여긴 피하세요

Right next door to the Eastlund for half the price, but half the niceness as well. Rooms are large which is a plus, but they have a vague smell... old hotel and cigarettes. Overall though great value.

Hair in the bathtub holes in the curtins perfume i assume to cover a bad smell in the lobby. Definutly will not be useing this property again.

Comfortable stay and excellent value, super convenient for attending conference at the Convention Center just across the street. Get a room on the side facing towards the Convention Center / downtown Portland, there were no noise issues and we had a nice view. Yes it's older carpeting and other furnishings but we were just as happy as if we had been at the Hyatt Regency and at less than 1/3 the price. Front desk staff were super friendly & helpful.

The gentleman working both December 31st and March 15th was absolutely amazing. Made us feel so welcome and taken care of! The hotel is older in looks but the incredible customer service makes it worth it!

It is an old building but very well managed. Only 2 things i didn't like were the carpets looks a bit stained/dirty and that it was next to the commuter train that seemingly ran through out the night but it is overall quiet convenient. It was neat and clean. Nice shower head, nice toiletries, fridge, microwave and complimentary coffee. The staff is very nice and serviceable. I'd stay there again.

The lobby was closed for renovations and their was a sign at the front desk with no one available everytime we went down. The person that checked us in messed up our check in and wrote the wrong dates on our parking pass. So we had to go down to get more but there was ko one at the front desk. Our sink got backed up at 11pm. It started filling up by itself and almost overflowed. The front desk came in the middle of the night with a plunger and couldnt fix it. So they moved us rooms to a lower quality room even though we paid for the upgraded room. We had a really early morning so moving all of our things in the middle of the night was a huge inconvenience. Staff was unapologetic. We were moved to a side where the train ran all night amd was very noisy. There were homeless fighting below our window very loudly all night. There was puke outside of the elevator. Also the first room sliding door was falling off the frame which left it open to the outside. It was very cold and windy and we could hear and feel the wind all night. As a matter of fact my kids woke up with a cold. Not sure if it was because of that but i struggled to keep them comfortable because of the draft. We had another reservation for the weekends and we cancelled and booked across the street at the hyatt since we needed to be close to the convention. I actually never give bad reviews and am pretty easy going but was very unhappy with our stay.

Staff are nice and parking is convenient. Very close to convention center. However, it is old property. Window barely blocks traffic noise from Max rail car. Especially at night it gets much louder. This bothers me most. No eating option is second.
