Dear KerrySorry for the negative experience you had during your stay of 1/13/24 to 1/14/24. Unfortunately, due to the unexpected snow amount we faced most housekeeping staff were left stranded at their homes along with other members of our staff. Although we didn't experience any loss of power, we did lose our internet and phone services for some time making it impossible to make room keys for our guests. We strive every day to give our guests top notch service, but that weekend Mother Nature prevailed.
