This property was wonderful and a great place for our vacation. The staff was very attentive, especially Justin who worked the front desk during our stay. The access to the beach is wonderful and the various amenities are nice.

Upon arrival of the room, there was only 1 towel for 2 people in the room. My spouse stood at the bar for 20 mins waiting for the bartender to notice him. No salt on rim of margaritas. Ordered dinner from the restaurant and had to wait 30 mins for ranch dressing after a fly flew into tje one provided. Was unable to use chairs or unbrellas due to lack of personnel it looked like. Was not very impressesd with this Hilton, and i normally always go with Hilton

The hotel is being remodeled. I was warned that the pool was not working only after making the reservation. The restaurant is lousy. There is a small cafeteria that only works until one in the afternoon. I had to go to eat and buy snacks at another hotel every day. Very disappointed with this experience. The only good thing was the staff. Very friendly and professional.

What a great stay. While there was some construction going on which we knew about, the staff was amazing, rooms were very clean and comfy and the beach was perfect!! The drinks and food at the bar was delicious! The location is also great with a fun area with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The property was under renovations and unfortunately, a resort fee was charged. This should not happen when you have no pool access and minimum access to facilities. Although, beautiful rooms and nice beach.

Customer service was excellent. While our stay they had remodeling going on and the pool was closed but you couldnt tell at all zero noise. All areas were super clean. The rooms are spacious and have beautiful views. Will definitely be staying again.

When i booked this hotel i was not told that they were under a major construction, no pool, nothing i paid over 1700 plus was charged resort fees and couldnt even enjoy what they had to other. Ive stated at tgis property mant times, never again.

Very nice resort and the staff were welcoming and accepting. There were lots of renovations being done during my stay, therefore some of the amenities were not available. I look forward to visiting again once renovations are completed. Great place!

Front desk staff were great and provided great service. Hilton Honors benefits were great including a room upgrade on non-construction side of hotel. This will be a very nice resort when pool renovation is completed!

Although i was informed after booking my trip, the construction going on and the closed pool and dining facilities, the issues didnt end there.. the tv was a problem, losing sound and signal,the ac wouldn't cool down during the day, the blower was very noisy,the toilet would refill with discolored water, the balcony door was very difficult to slide open,the gym was a joke, the facilities to wash cloths was closed,held private functions including a wedding rite in the path to the beach, room wasn't made up daily and forget speaking english to the maids...

The construction made it impossible to have a good experience. They should close the hotel until they finish. No pool, store, restaurant or coffee shop. I will never stay at another Hilton because of this property. Close it, and re-open when you can offer hotel amenities.

Neither Expedia nor Hilton told us the property was undergoing a total renovation. We only found out when we showed up on Friday night at (;30 PM and had to find alternative accommodations. The restaurant was closed, the poo; was closed, the fitness facility was closed and the air conditioning was being replaced and would not be running until the following Tuesday.

A lot of the features are still under construction and the construction is extremely loud. I wish we had been offered compensation for this. We also had to pay a resort fee and parking fee. There was no water to rinse off with after being on the beach. We werent given hand soap in our bathroom and we werent given enough towels. The mini fridge is more of a micro fridge, you cant fit leftovers or anything longer than your hand. The bed was god awful, hard as a rock. Our beachfrint view was blocked by several large palms. We did enjoy some of the amenities and liked our close access to the beach. The room was clean and the chaise was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and we had no issues with them at all. Construction workers were respectful.

We booked this property on line with Expedia. There was no indication that the property was under renovation. The restaurant as well as the pool was under construction. You can smell sheetrock dust as soon as you walked in. On Sunday they was cutting brick for the patio/pool area.I had an Oceanview with patio on the 3rd floor and they was working right underneath us. Also there was no one working on the beach area Sunday to order food or drinks. Plus they didn't have a blender to make frozen drinks.

So the hotel is under renovations. The sleeping room I had was totally renovated and was very nice and clean along with the bathroom. However the pillows were too thick and not soft to sleep on. Most hotels have to kinds of pillows, the soft ones and the harder ones to watch TV. TV was limited with high prices to rent movies. Closet space was non-existent as they placed a piece of furniture to have the safe deposit on and took all the space. They have another area where this can be moved to and really offer closet space. They had no place for you to shower after you checked out and this could have been solved with a hospitality room or suite especially for a diamond member like me. The front desk staff Rocio and Safir? were excellent very friendly and accommodating that was a plus. After all renovations are done the hotel will be a nice place to stay at if they open the restaurants. Eating in a ballroom is not appealing.

This place is great. Still working on the upgrades so no pool or additional restaurant/bar. Beautiful beach and close to plenty of bars, restaurants, and stores

Air conditioning was out. 75 degrees in our room. No bar , place to buy snacks or amenities. The staff made the best of the poor conditions, but the hotel should be closed until the renovations are completed. I’ll never stay at a Hilton again and be sure to tell all about my terrible experience

The property was being renovated at the time of my stay so the pool area was closed and so was the bar. This was the only issue that i had with the hotel. The hotel was right on the beach so that was a plus. The renovated room was large and beautiful. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again when the renovations are all done.

I feel completely tricked. I get email AFTER I book that the pool, restaurant, and access to beach are all closed. I should have been told that before I booked. I did not have time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Totally unacceptable to not be told up front.

While many guests do tend to overlook the announcement; we also send an email, text, and call all guests to make sure they are aware of the renovation well before they arrive.
