Did not have enough towels for 3 people and used towels were left in bathroom. Hotel had a good selection of breakfast foods.

I got attacked by Bed Bugs. I have pictures and videos of the bugs and the welts they left on me. The staff was unbothered and offered me another room…. No thank you. We packed up and left. Had to get in touch with hotels.com customer service to be issued a refund, the hotel staff couldn’t help me because we booked through this website.

The overall property was clean and the front staff was friendly. I would have rated higher except our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for towels and wash cloths and bag up the trash.

Im not sure how this hotel got good reviews. The furniture in the room (chair and bench) was filthy dirty. You could see the black grimy dirt.I had to request the sheets and comforter be changed because of stains. Housekeeping went thru 3 comforters before finding one with no stains. The toilet had to be flushed twice or else what was flushed would come back. It looked like housekeeping only cleaned the tub but never touched the wall in the shower. It looked like there was dried up wax slashes on the walls too. I have never stayed at a Holiday Express this nasty. We should have slept in our car. I would not recommend. And to have the nerve to charge almost $200/night absolutely overpriced. No grocery stores or nice restaurant chains. Have no plans of coming back here.

Missing toiletries
Check-in was quick, no issues. Hotel common areas and hallways were clean. The room was clean and comfortable. My stay was for 6 nights, Monday to Sunday. I did not need the room cleaned until Thursday and it was really just for additional toilet paper and Kleenex. However, those were the only two (2) items I did not get renewed. I had to go back down to the front desk and get those items from the front desk lady, who was very nice. Overall, the entire stay was fine. I would recommend the housekeeping staff check the toilet paper roll and the empty tissue dispenser in the counter, though.

The employee at the front desk was friendly and helpful but upon entering the room they gave us, the beds looked like the last guest had just left the room. They were unmade and not even sure if the bedding had been changed.

Although off the beaten path of being adjacent to 290 E. I would stay here again. The comfort, the cleanliness, the ambience of the facility created a welcoming atmosphere. Kudos!

The property was clean and accessible. The breakfast was very good. However, when I checked in, my room that I paid for in advance, room with King Bed, was not available. The receptionist had given it to some one else. So, I had a room with two queen beds. I don't understand how I can pay for something in advance, and then when I arrive, it has been given to someone else. Then, the receptionist said, and by the way, you won't be charged any more for it. Wow! I pay for a room in advance that I do not get and then get told that I will not be charged anymore for a room that I did not pay for, which I had not even asked for.
