Dear Ernest,I'm sorry about the condition of the sink in your room. New room carpets were installed 2017 and were shampooed in the weeks prior to your arrival. Corridor carpets are older and were shampooed also a few weeks ago. Some staff members are more verbal than others but we appreciate all their skillsets that they bring to the hotel. We hope you will reconsider a return and bringing your wife. Great changes to come. Take care.
