It was great because it was right on the beach, but we didn't have a view of the gulf. It was strange with all communication coming via text -- no check-in at a desk. It was nice to get messages daily from what I called "the team" and I was able to ask any querstions. I just miss some face-to-face time.

Beautiful place. Everything was perfect. Except the shower broke on night one and ran for 12 hours. But the next day they fixed it and all was good.

The stay was great although we thought we were getting a balcony room. No window in your room unless you book a 2 room suite.

The property was misleading and deceptive with regard to amenities. I booked back in November 2021 when parking was complimentary, however, when I checked in they notified me it had changed and proceeded to charge 25$ per day! I also was to receive complimentary beach lounge chairs which also incurred a cost. None of this was detailed on their website and they would not grandfather me in.The various outdoor tables around pools featured no umbrellas for relief from sun , though they had obvious holes for such. The water fountains around pool were also non-working. I really feel at the very least that I should be reimbursed for the parking.

Good Afternoon Debbie, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. I do apologize that the Condominium Owners Association has implemented a $25 parking fee per stay, this is out of our hands but we do have to follow it. I hope you enjoyed our beautiful pool, we do offer a wonderful gazebo on property, pool side, if you would like to cool off under it for the day. Unfortunately, we do not offer pool chairs. They are a 3rd party company called Suncoast beach rentals, and they do rent out their chairs. Now, as we do not own the entire building you could have seen an owner post their own condo for rent whom has a contract with Suncoast Beach Rentals. The water fountain in the children's pool is working but the child's splash pad is not. We can not turn it back on until the underground leak is fixed. We did not want to shut the pool down for the summer so it is being addressed in the fall. Again, I do apologize that you feel mislead during your stay. Our office is located on the 3rd floor of the building and we like to address any problems during your stay so you are not disappointed at the end. We hope you will give us another try. We hope to see you soon!

Nice stay an the kids loved the indoor pool! Easy walk to the beach! The man who worked night shift was very friendly an helpful!! Checkout was at 10 am an when I went to load my car at 9:40 the code changed an I could not get back in for the rest of my stuff had to go to office twice over this issue !!!! But it was a nice stay

Our stay was great. It’s a great location. Studio room had no windows but it worked out. The only down side the offices were locked to public because of co-vid. Everything was done by phone. Had a problem with my final bill but between hotels.com and hotel it was worked out

Great Location w/ Failed Expectation of the Condo
The location is amazing, and perhaps, others have great success in booking via Hotels.com with this condo AND getting what they expect. We did not have this experience. In particular, the description of our condo listed 'separate dining area/ separate living room1' and 'separate bathtub and shower'. Neither were the case for us. A small table that seats 2 was in the living area. Our bathroom had a shower/tub combo. Bathroom had no vanity at all, as shown in the pictures as it seems to have been converted to an ADA accessible condo. I did fail to read between the lines where is says 'no view': I thought this meant no view of the beach. What it truly meant was 'this is an interior room'. Don't think all was disappointing though - I've never met a team of maintenance/ housekeeping staff that were so helpful! We felt safe and chose to make the best of the condo while there. Just be sure to follow up to know exactly what to expect upon your arrival.

We drove a big truck so we did not like how it did not fit in the parking garage.... we had to go around where the delivery trucks go so we could park underneath.... there were very limited spaces for us..... that would be the only reason that we would not be able to stay there again...

Room was horrible
The property as a whole was nice. The room was horrible... it had NO WINDOWS... it was very depressing- especially for a couple on their honeymoon. When booking - Read the room description very carefully- along with viewing the pictures carefully! I feel like I was very mislead by the description and pictures as to the quality of our room choice. I was VERY disappointed. The air conditioning unit in our room was very loud and rattled the entire time. We tried to find another hotel but they were all booked up due to the holiday weekend. Due to all this we checked out early and went home. When we called the office to make the arrangements to check out early the attendant was very rude and hung up on me. She then charged me for the full amount of our stay (even though we just told her we were checking out early due to the room). She then told me I had to wait 3-5 business days for the refund on the nights we did not use. I did call back and spoke to her manager who was nice. Overall this stay was very disappointing and I believe we should receive a refund for the entire stay... it was not as described!

This place was amazing. I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a family friendly stay to beautiful ocean views to stay here. It’s very spacious and very clean. I tried extending my stay it was so awesome but it was booked.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We loved our king suite and the indoor pool. Definitely will be staying again here the next time we go to Orange Beach.

Great Location and nice property
The property was in a great location and very clean. The only issue we had was our room didn't have a window. We were on the first floor, like a basement. It was disappointing not to see the sun coming out. If I stayed there again I would only do so if I had a higher level room with windows.

The air conditioning unit had maintenance issues and was very loud - too loud to keep on while sleeping, which turned into two miserable nights with no air. A maintenance request was submitted, but nothing was done.

All the amenities at the property for top notch and the room was really nice. The only downfall for that room was it didn't have an outside window for any view and I didn't realize it.

Long Weekend Trip
The room was very small and ugly. Despite them knowing we had 2 children with ya they put us in a room with a breaker box and some other kind of box with wires everywhere just mashed inside in the living night room. So we had to move them to bedroom and us take the couch since they were not locked and I wanted to make sure the boys did not get up prior to us and mess with them. I would have expected them in a closet not on the wall in the living room uncovered. The floor was dirty from the last tenants, they had a dried spegetti sauce on the floor and a pepperoni by the fridge. The air would not get below 69 and was very loud. The window in the living room faces into a hall way with bright lights and no way to dim them, plus the living room curtains would not cover the window all the way (they were 1/2 curtains) so it was very bright while we were trying to sleep. No doors between bedroom and living room and the bathroom door would not lock. The decorations were blah, overall I was expecting more for the price we paid. It was on the beach and the pools were nice, short walk from hotel to beach. Overall it was ok but def not worth the money spent to stay there.
