Room 115 shower faucet controller is not working correctly. On our second room the heater/cooler was making noises that made it impossible to sleep. We complained about this but nothing was done.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that our rooms were unsatisfactory. Looking at your reservation, I see that your rooms were three rooms apart. When making your reservation you can always specify that you want your rooms next to each other that way as rooms come available, we can hold them for you. We are always happy to accommodate our guests.

Older two story hotel with no elevator. No breakfast amenities. Room was well equipped and very clean

No coffee makers, constant knocking sound all night long. Have no idea what it was. 200 dollars for a night on weekend was extremely high for this hotel. Wouldn’t stay again unless no other choice

The pictures posted on your site are no where near what we saw. For the price I paid I should of spend 20 more dollars and stayed at the holiday inn just 2 blocks away and had a clear rooms hot breakfast and much more to offer. Never again !!!

Had to stay here due to a local baseball tournament with my son. I reserved a two-bed room. When I arrived, I was told the room I'd reserved was no longer available and only a single queen room was left because they "oversold". This wouldn't work for us so we had to scramble to find another hotel 30 minutes away.

The AC never cooled down even being on high and set to 60, never covered up with a blanket even my little one complained it was hot. The table was broken as well as the shower head not working. I had to wash my hair a=on my elbows and knees. My husband called down to the office for me, was told the room would get a call from the manager anf they never called

This is not a family friendly or female friendly hotel. While I had no problems, I didn’t see any other women or families there. There were many men on benches outside who seemed to be loitering. The room was clean but only had a sheet on it with thin blankets on a shelf which I put on the bed myself. Bathroom door dragged and was almost impossible to shut. Again, I was never disrespected, but as a single woman I would never stay here again.

We had an unexpected last minute change and the hotel didnt have to but accommodated the changes which we greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Hotel.com should give option
After being assigned a 2nd floor, we were unable to climb the steps. Upon requesting a 1st floor room Jonathan, who was amazing and accommodated our request. I then joined Wyndams rewards program after learning i could have requested floor prefernce. In addition i booked a king room but in order to get first floor they onlu offered queen size. The hotel was not able to reimburse differnce because it was booked threw third party, Hotels.com. Our stay was pleasant, rooms were very clean and Jonathan did an outstanding job accommodating our needs.

For the condition of the property and how small and crowded the rooms were I definitely think the prices were outrageous! We stayed in another night prior to our stay that night and it was 60 less and a whole lot nicer, free breakfast, lots of room, and a cleaner environment. The staff was very friendly however I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

It was nice, the cafe has great food. Must ask 4 a blanket but was not a big deal. Very good place to stay. Id stay there again.

Not a fan of outside entry to rooms but it did make easier to watch our vehicles as we were towing two trailers

We have have 7 outside entry rooms specifically for people that like that ease of outside access or to watch vehicles when coming in work trucks or with trailers. Please feel free anytime you stay to ask for an interior corridor room if you prefer and will always accommodate if available.
