점점 떨어지는 서비스와 가성비
수차례 이용할 때마다 투숙객이 많아 체크인이나 체크아웃 시 대기시간이 길고 조식당도 번잡했다. 객실 청소상태도 부실했고 화장지 비치도 안 되어있고 기타 비품도 부실했다. 호텔의 수영장과 경관 때문에 인기가 높다보니 수년 전에 비해서 현저하게 서비스나 가성비가 떨어지는 것이 많이 아쉽다.

파타야 리조트를 찾으신다면 센타라 그랜드 미라지 비치 리조트추천합니다. 수영장 및 주변시설도 좋고 룸컨디션도 괜찮았습니다 (조금아쉬운건 오래된 냄새가 살짝...) Deluxe Ocean Facing룸에 머물렀는데 생각보다 방이 넓어서 좋았고 조식은 무난했습니다.

외관은 정글같은 분위기에 실내 깨끗하고 좋아요. 직원도 친절합니다. 다만 위치가 조금 애매할 수도 있어요. 썽태우 노선이 없는것같애요. 큰길까지 걸어가거나(천천히 10분정도) 택시 혹은 지나가는 썽태우 잡아야되요.

뷰가 너무 아름다운 호텔이였다. 수영장도 산책하기 좋고 아이들이 물놀이 하기 너무 좋은 호텔이다. 앞에 바닷가 까지 걸어나갈수 있어서 좋았고 조금 오래된 호텔이긴했지만 전체적으로 위치랑 뷰가 너무 젛았다.

아이들과 함께 즐기기엔 좋은 호텔이지만 시설이 오래된 것 같았어요. 그리고 결혼식이 이어져서 밤에 소음도 어마머마했구요. 인도인 결혼식 구경이 이색적이긴했지만 밤 늦게까지 이어져 수면을 방해했어요.

파타야 최대규모의 리조트
*장점 확실히 규모로는 압도적입니다. 로비에 들어설때부터 대단한 곳에 와 있구나 하는 느낌이 들게 하구요~ 수영장 역시 어마어마합니다. 워터파크라고 부르기엔 유수풀과 슬라이드 몇개가 전부이긴 하지만 시설이나 규모때문에 어딘가 탐험하는 느낌을 들게 합니다. 나중에 알고보니 인디아나존스에서 모티브를 따왔다고 하더라구요? 크리스마스와 연말 사이 기간 동안에 숙박해서 숙박객이 굉장히 많았지만 직원들 모두 능숙해 보였고 친절함을 잃지 않았습니다. 식당은 조식만 이용해 보았는데 워낙 대규모이기 때문에 요리에서 섬세함은 찾을수 없었지만 그렇다고 나쁜편은 아니었습니다. 건물 구조를 보니 모든 객실이 바다와 수영장을 향해 있습니다. 저층(6층)이었음에도 불구하고 굉장히 전망이 좋아 테라스에서 보내는 시간이 많았습니다. *단점 특별히 없었지만 굳이 꼽자면 제가 이용한 객실(기본 디럭스)에는 욕조가 없고 샤워실에 문이 없다는 정도인데, 저에게 크게 불편한 점은 아니었습니다.

호텔은 크고 좋았으나, 늦게 호텔에 도착하고 일찍 출발할 예정이라 사용할 수 있는 시설이 거의 없었습니다. 그 점이 좀 아쉬웠으며, 나머지는 무난했습니다.

파타야에서 항상 찾는 호텔
파타야에 가면 항상 찾을 정도로 만족감 최상인 호텔이다. 예전보다 호텔 근처에 식당 및 마시지 등도 많이 늘어서 더 좋다. 체크인/체크아웃에 소요되는 시간은 좀 줄었으면 좋겠다.
