스텐다드룸에 들어가자마자 구역질 나는 냄새와 공간이 좁고해서 거실있는 스윗룸에 6일지냈어요. 추가비용도 비싸게 냈고 씽크대 안에 바퀴벌레도 있고 중간에 에어컨고장, 청소불량. 수건도 갖다 달라고 해야 갖다주고, 수영장도 썬크림 기름 둥둥, 조식도 먹을거 별루없고~ 장점은 센트럴과 비치가 가까운점입니다 오늘 암스 라마이 팰리스 리조트로 옮겼는데 여가가 더 좋네요~

수영장에서 보이는 탁 트인 바다에서의 완벽한 휴가
친구 가족과 함께 떠난 여행. 수영장에서 보이는 아름다운 색의 탁 트인 바다와 더불어 너무 즐거운휴가였습니다. 호텔 밖으로 나가면 관광거리같은 느낌에 즐비한 마사지샵들과 음식점들이 있고, 바로 맞은편에는 신설된 고급 쇼핑몰도 있어 필요한 것을 얻기에 매우 편합니다. 다시 간다면 또 이용할 의사가 얼마든지 있습니다.

Die Villa am Pool war riesig . Das Bad ist Renovierungsvedürftig. Es wurde immer sehr sauber geputzt. Sehr nettes Personal. Lage vom Resort ist top. Der Pool war schön, auch die Liegen müssten zum Teil ausgetauscht werden und bei der Musik könnte man auch einmal eine ander Platte einlegen. 😀 War ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Proximity to the beach was great and staff are so nice. Didn’t like warm beer,small bar,poor food in restaurant and the rooms need seriously updating,we paid over £1000 for a beach room supposed to have internet and tv but it didn’t,the front door was falling apart,the bed was saggy but big,the rail around the balcony was falling down and patio door don’t lock,needs money spending to bring upto standards,says 3 star but more like a 1 star accommodation.

レストランが無いので、170バーツのセットが毎日の朝食でしたのでセントラルへ通っていました。 リゾート内は、段差が多いのに手すりが付いていない。 立地が良いのに宿泊客が少なく寂しいホテルでした。 ビーチは遠浅砂浜でよっかた。

De accommodatie is zeer centraal gelegen en daardoor zeer handig voor gezelligheid. De staat van de accomodaties zijn goed, maar her en der wat achterstallig onderhoud zoals het zwembad. Het ontbijt is een goede keuze en erg lekker gemaakt. Personeel is zeer welwillend. Jammere is dat op het resort de activiteiten en avondgezelligheid minder is door het ontbreken van een bar in de avond bijv.. In de omgeving is meer dan genoeg te doen, maar toch zonde. Verder zeker een aanrader bij verblijf op het eiland.

Great location and super friendly staff. If you sleep longer than 9 in the morning there are quite a lot of noise from staff starting the cleaning etc but they are just doing their work, so who to blame.

A hotel for everyone!
Perfect! Its not a 5 Star resort but have it all, as in most of the Hotels and Resorts at Koh Samui, the crew/staff is outstanding friendly and helpful! A LOT of rooms, quite but regardless, in the centre, close to everything that Samui and Chaweng can offer! Nice Beach and Pool area!

Quite Hotel better than expected!
Better than expected! Very friendly staff, nice bungalows til a reasonable price! Restaurant at the Beach, a couple of pools and Very QUITE! I have to say, this was the most quite hotel I stayed in during my month at Koh Samui at eight different hotles so... I know What Im talking about! :-D. Walking distance to Ark Bar at the Beach and to ALL What Chaweng can offer! I give it 9/10 wich is Very Good!

Perfekt läge, bra frukost! Men slitet och högljutt
Mysigt hotell på verkligen perfekt läge! Kloss intill stranden men också mitt i smeten för shopping, restauranger och fest. Bra frukost. Trevligt poolområde och alltid lediga solstolar. Solstolar på stranden kostar inget extra och ny strandhandduk varje dag. Ganska slitna rum tyvärr med riktigt dåliga sängar, knöliga och man kände varenda fjäder. Toalett och dusch är på samma lilla yta så varje gång du duschar blöter du ner hela toaletten, sk. ”Stockholmsdusch”. Otroligt lyhört och hög musik spelas fram till 01 på natten precis intill rummen. Personalen är hjälpsamma men pratar Tyvärr otroligt dålig engelska, allihop. Ett helt ok hotell, man får vad man betalar för.

På stranden.
Direkt anslutning till stranden. Nära till stora gatan med restauranger, barer och liknande. Nära till köpcentrum med mataffär. Lyhört, så en del ljud på kvällen/natten. Frukost OK men inte wow. Var en springa mellan dörr och list som gjorde lite mygg kunde komma in. Wi-Fi var väldigt dåligt och man loggades ut heltiden och var tvungen att byta Wi-Fi helatiden.

Balcony is not balcony, no privacy but overall goo
Really fast and good cleaning service. Rooms were good, AC good. I had deluxe room - inner yard and the rooms were really clean and ok. Though the word ”balcony” is not right, you get a terrace with 2 chairs and the neighbor is 1m before you. Didn’t really feel like sitting on the terrace drinking with friends. Also yoy need to have the curtains drawn all the time because everyone who passes by can look inside. But overall it was a good experience, pool was ok though not nearly enough sunchairs. But overall nice and fresh! P, really close to the sea. Though the pool wasn’t nearly as big as pictures show, they are a bit misleading.

Staff and location are great but the place in need of serious maintenance and modernization. And the breakfast, probably the saddest breakfast experience I had anywhere in the World. People are very friendly, helpful, and lovely though. Yes, I would still go back due to it's location and great staff.

Central and clean hotel
Al’s resort is a good all round place to stay,the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pools are nice also. The surrounding area is good with plenty to see and restaurants etc however Chaweng is on the decline along with most resorts I’ve visited over the years in Thailand.

This property is in a good location to walk to shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room itself was quite old and not very clean. The bed was so hard that it made it difficult to sleep. We really enjoyed the beach access however, it is steps from the beach and the pool has a beautiful view.

Hotellet var rent og fint. Stranden er rett ved hotellet. Bassenget var veldig fint, men skulle gjerne hatt flere solsenger. Servicen i seg selv var bra, men frokosten var ikke til å skryte av. Ble glemt ulike matretter/ting ved bestillingen. Var manko på ting ved slutten av frokosten.

Das Resort an sich ist wunderschön und die Lage ist unschlagbar. Man befindet sich innerhalb paar Gehminuten direkt im Zentrum oder am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Dass einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt, ist der Duft in dem Zimmer er roch etwas modrig aber es war sauber.

Super Lage in Chaweng, gegenüber vom Central Festival, direkt am Strand und direkt an der Beachroad. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. 2 Swimming Pools, Zustand der Zimmer und Grösse gut, Essen gut, ich komme gerne wieder hierher. Auch das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Preis/Leistung wirklich super, man kann auch Gäste/Joiner kostenfrei mitnehmen.

You get what you pay for
I booked als resort for 2 adults and 1 child then called Expedia to put a note on requesting an infants cot as I was bringing our toddler as well as our son and it stated on the website that infant cots were free. I also messaged als resort to advise there were be an additional toddler travelling on top of the 2 adults and 1 child. Upon arrival they said that yes the toddler was free but although the booking was for 2 adults and 1 child that was just the charge for 2 adults and that I infact had to pay them an additional 8000 thai baht for my son. I told them I booked 2 adults and a child so I was not paying again. I told them I wanted a refund. Eventually they reluctantly agreed that they would not charge me but I would have to pay 300 baht a day for his breakfast even though I had paid for 2 adults and a child bed and breakfast. Upon inspection of the room I nearly cried. It was filthy, thick layers of dust. What I could only describe as prison issue bath robes. The cupboard doors were hanging off. No tea and coffee facilities as advertised well unless you class a broken kettle and one cup as facilities. We were provided with 2 towels for a family. The shower was only one temperature which was hot so my toddler could not even use it. 3-4 coat hangers so we lived out of our cases. Next doors room service plates left outside for days. No working safe or tv and breakfast was horrendous. Good location but only if your happy to rough it!
