Was great until we came back on the third night to roaches in the room. Checked out on a Saturday night and drove 9 hours back home rather than stay and be grossed out. It’s been 5 days, and the hotel manager still hasn’t contacted me.

Front desk staff were super plesant and kind. I was able to do an early check-in and park my car, which was super helpful since I was going to the convention center and parking is always horrendous. Additionally, I really liked that the plastic utensils were individually wrapped during breakfast time! The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable! Will definitely be back!

We stayed three nites and enjoyed it. Check in was fast and easy. Plenty of parking, room was clean and large.Exercise room was nice, plenty of machines to work with. Breakfast was simple but good.

Super convenient for a solo traveler to the marathon. Easy walk to/from both start and finish. Monica at the front desk kindly arranged a late checkout so I could shower after the race, AND sent a maintenance rep with fresh battery for the thermostat when it wasn’t working on arrival. Friendly staff, clean facilities, good location. No complaints!! Only lost stars for facilities (dead bolt didn’t work properly and gym door dysfunction) and local area (slight freeway noise, construction). But overall outstanding

El hotel ofrece buenos servicios y desayuno incluido, transportación al aeropuerto el unico problema fue que el dia que tenía que ir al aeropuerto decidieron dar descanso a los choferes y tuve que pedir uber al aeropuerto

Muchas gracias por su comentario y le ofrecemos una disculpa por el incoveniente del servicio de trasnportacion, el dia q salian del hotel fue dia festivo (dia de Accioin de Gracias) y como usted sabe en este tipo de servios de 355/24/7 pues no se descansa como otros negocios por eso se les dio descanso a los choferes para disfrutaran con sus familias.Una vez mas disculpas por el incoveniente.Roberto Saldivar Asistente de Gerencia
