Residence Inn by Marriott White Plains
여러모로 불편했습니다. 주차장 이용이 유료임에도 출입이 어렵고, 밤 11시 이후엔 출입도 안됩니다. 차에서 짐을 내릴 때도 비를 피할 공간이 전혀 없었으며, 엘리베이터는 고장... 여러 곳의 Residence Inn by Marriott 을 이용해 봤지만, 이용했던 곳 중에서 가장 실망스러운 곳이었습니다. 주방의 식기도 더러웠고, 객실문 Lock 고장, 로비의 커피는 없는 경우가 많고, 직원들도 따뜻한 이미지 없음

Late at night, I heard an old guy blowing the nose several times, thinking that must have been from the next room. It was quite loud and I was very scared because I was staying at the hotel by myself. About 20 years ago, I stayed at the same hotel and remember that I was super satisfied with everything thing there, and that’s why I chose this hotel this time. Unfortunately almost everything was the same as before. Considering the rate I paid, I do hope the security staff will be better at this hotel in the near future such as checking every visitor at the reception, such as finding out the reason for their visit, whom they are visiting, and how long they will stay there, etc.

The suite I was in had everything I needed and was extremely clean. The kitchen had all accommodations and was easy to utilize. It was amazingly quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much and would absolutely recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

My only recommendation is for your staff to not wear perfume or cologne. The entire check in area smelled so strongly of perfume if was extremely offensive and many people are sensitive to perfumes.

Lots of space in our suite with comfortable furniture and clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Good selection of exercise equipment. Love eating at the Aberdeen restaurant

There is building around the property and it is noisy and neighborhood not safe. No heat for two nights and staff was not accommodating or helpful. Terrible experience.

Outstanding value, friendly staff, perfect location. I couldn't believe how big the room(s) were. We wanted to go to NYC every day, and it was only a 5 min walk to the metro station. Perfect!
