전반적으로 노후되고 직원 서비스 개선이 필요한 호텔
호텔은 오래되어 리모델링이 필요하며, 냉장고는 사용이 못하여 불편하였으며, 직원들이 불친철하였다. 에를들면 화장실 변기가 막히었는데 변기 뚷는 Tool을 나에게 주며 뚤게 하였으며, 욕실의 수건을 나중에 갔다 주겠다고 메모를 남겨두고 안 갔다주었다. 호텔이 전반적으로 오래되고 직원들도 불친철하여 1주일 숙박후 주변 호텔로 옮겻다. 추천하고 쉽지않은 호텔임.

Very quiet and nice place. Hotel is elegant. Rooms are spacious. Nice breakfast buffet . No walking dining restaurant & no public transportation. You must have a car!

Hotel is conviently located near Hopedale bowling where we participated in a provincial tournament. It is a great choice for us for its location, it’s quiet and comfortable. We are repeat customers and are always welcomed by staff.

Staff are friendy helpful and approachable. Rooms are clean. Housekeeping friendly and willing to help by bringing extra towels if more needed. Comfortable beds and pillows and Quiet. Music and decorations add to the Christmas spirit. Lots of parking availabe. Always enjoy staying here.

Convenience was the main reason we stay there. And we will stay there again. The public areas are spotless and attractive. The room was fine.The front desk people are friendly, helpful and efficient. We were were a little disappointed with housekeeping. They forgot to make up our room one day. On another day the the bed was sloppily made up and the room was not vacuumed.

This is a relatively new hotel and the room was in immaculate condition. It was very comfortable and had the benefits of breakfast, burgers in the evening, and a bar.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly especially Suma and Ange who were at the front desk / Reception. Both Suma and Ange were extremely helpful and always willing to assist.

Stayed here and I found it to be wonderful. The staff were really friendly and welcoming which I haven’t found lately at hotels so ✅ Hallways and elevators spotless ✅ Room was large, quiet and again very clean which lately haven’t found hotels that great and this one was a ✅ So basically if staying in Oakville I would recommend staying here. Highway is right there as well so convenient for travel. Thanks Holiday Inn Oakville. I stayed at the one on wyecroft road.
