The hot water in the sink did not work, but the sink, not just dripped, but RAN the whole time we had the room. The food for the breakfast was presented like leftovers: the OJ was just short of going bad and had a brownish look.

Kay went above & beyond in the area of customer service. My 77 yr old parental unit neglected to charge phone , so for 4.5 hrs PAST check in was quite stressful. I called the front desk every hour & Kay not once sounded anything but professional & CARING. Said parental unit actually showed back up on my radar just in time to laugh & remind me of my younger antics. I like Super 8s price wise, overall condition of property etc. However this particular Super 8 has one of the best front desk employees I’ve ever encountered in a long time!! Thank you very much!!!

Staff was rude about our pets and overcharged us for them. Room was dirty with messes in the bathroom and the floors were filthy. The air was off when entering so the entire room was extremely hot and stuffy(Texas in July).

Giant pothole in driveway going back to rooms with 2 rebar sticking out at a 45° angle. Perfect for popping tires of those who don't notice in time. Overwhelming, constant smell of pot from room next door and probably more. Walls in room and bathroom have splatters on them of who knows what. Stain on sheets...so glad we took our own. Breakfast...lol. Carb heaven for those who love nothing but pre-packaged, tiny sweets.

Property is out dated, dirty, and smelly. We had to go to dollar tree for air fresheners. Toilets don’t work and our neighbors were smoking pot so smell seeped through to our room. Horrible stay.

I travel for work and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Floor was sticky like a movie theater, shower water smelled like burnt something. Overall the room was not clean, floor was dirty, walls had dried coke and splatter stains, shower had mildew on the walls and shower curtain. Overall not a nice place to stay.

Super 8 Equals Super Bad!
At check-in, first two assigned rooms full of beer bottles, no sheets on beds and filthy dirty. Desk clerk was extremely embarrassed by existing conditions. Room we eventually occupied was dirty and unsanitary. Not a return stop on our list by any means.

I could not stay there it was filthy beyond description. Also no refund. Travelocity needs to change its policy for these situations. Customer service representative told me I was not the first to request a refund from this “hotel”.

Night mgr was nice but a bit confused about the process. Room was hot when we got in but cooled off quickly. Bed comfortable. Overall a decent stay. We were in town for a funeral so was in room about 12 hrs so was a good choice.

Sadly, this is a dump. Sink coated in cola, bathtub had hair and bugs in it, waste basket had pizza crust on the floor next to it... you should know that the images used to promote this property must have been taken the day it opened. And I couldn't help but laugh that the tattered comforter was likely the same comforter from the day it opened. But! The sheets and bath towels were clean. But! Entry door would not latch no matter how hard I slammed it and when I called the front desk to tell them there was no remote for the TV, they said I could come to the front desk to get one. Geez. I thought I was the guest.

I was sitting in a chair at my laptop when the chair collapsed. The place was filthy, full trashcans, junk lying around the bottom of the swim pool. Ceiling fan was coated with dirt and dust. One homeless individual took a bath in the outdoor pool while guests wandered around. Used or broken appliances and furniture were scattered around the premises.

@ Queen beds only 3 pillows. 1 bed only had a top sheet and comforter, no bottom sheet. The other bed had no top sheet. The sheets and pillows stunk. The handle came off the door when you pulled it to open it.

Got to the hotel and the room wasn't ready, took nearly an hour for them to have the room "cleaned". When we got to the room the housekeeper was still "cleaning" the room. The floor was still so dirty I didn't want to let my toddler play in the floor. There were burn marks in the comforter in a non smoking room. The bed was hard. The mini fridge barely kept chilled bottles of water cold. The customer service at the front desk was atrocious. Stay away unless you have no other options

A pillowcase looked like someone had walked over it with dirty shoes. I know it wasn’t clean. There was a palm size mold above the shower head. The walls and doors were somewhat dirty. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly though.

Front desk person is nice and overly sharing about how he runs the hotel. They are under staffed and it shows. Beds were okay and bathroom was sub par. It was not cleaned very well. The outlets in our room seem to be very finicky as well. We had several phones plugged in and they indicated that they were charging but the next morning they were close to being dead because some time in the night they stopped charging. I also found it odd and unsightly that there were about 4 cars parked in front of the hotel entrance but none of which were checking since those same cars were there the next morning when I checked out. Kinda tacky. Overall I’m not picky and we were there only to sleep but we prolly won’t be staying here again.

Super 8 was clean and in a safe location. Convenient to gas station/store, across the street from McDonald’s and Arby’s. Right on I-30 easy to find. I brought my dog. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.
