Quick stay
We had a really quick stay at the Mercure. We got there from the airport around 11pm and left at 7am for our ferry to Gili Air. The lobby is really nice but the rooms are a bit old. They are clean enough though. It is located really close to a mosque so at 5am we were both awakened by a call to prayer that was very loud. I don't know how anyone sleeps through it without ear plugs to be honest!

Hated the location even know it said it was 2 km from Kuta Beach it took 20 mins to drive there as it’s on the highway and would of taken over an hour plus to walk. The room was so small and their was mould in the shower. Booked for 5 nights and stayed for one. And as we already paid lost the money.

It was a good extoverall however the food at the restaurant was not very well made. The pool wasn’t a bit dangerous had sharp bits which cut our feet. Near the pool showers was very slippery where we all slipped. The cost of laundry was very expensive.

I'd definitely stay here again
I really enjoyed my stay here. It's close to some fantastic outlet stores and a 20 minute walk in to Kuta. The room was comfortable and the pool really relaxing. I didn't have breakfast there but the dinners were reasonably priced. There was a bit of gym equipment but the gym wasn't airconditioned, which made it a bit hard to get excited about using. The main road is the biggest problem with the location as it is hell to get across without being run over. But otherwise this hotel is excellent value for money.

Gòod stay.
Great value for money. Buffet breakfast which was included in room rate had adequate selection. Only gripe was the non existent wifi in the rooms. 231 228 229 246 and 238.

湯沸かしポットの周辺の清掃ができていず、コーヒーカップなどを伏せてあったトレーの隅で小虫が動いていました。長年の清掃不行き届きのため巣を作っているようでした。紙製のコースターはあきらかに使用されたシミがあり相当びっくりしました。フロントにトレーのまま持って行って事情を説明したところ、１０分後に別のトレーが届きました。疲れてたどり着いたホテルでしたのでかなりショックでした。シャワールームにドアがないため洗面所の床まで水浸しにするのではないかと使用時に神経質になりました。

Decent hotel that needs some polishing
We wanted to really love this hotel, the design was nice and very pleasing and the staff were very friendly. We did have some issues though, mostly noise issues. The floors have a hard wood laminate that has no covering so anyone with shoes on will make a very loud thumping noise. Some area rugs would help tremendously there to cut down on the constant noise. The other noise issue was related to some all night festival going on near the hotel, while not the hotels fault it didn't make for a restful night. The restaurant had an amazing dinner, we loved that, but the next morning for breakfast we were wondering what happened. Most of the hot food items were stone cold, only some glass noodles were relatively warm. They had omletes permade sitting under a heat lamp in the kitchen window, not very warm or appetizing. The location is also good if you want to be closer to the airport but that's it. They had a free shuttle to Kuta beach but a taxi was needed to get back.

A little bit of luxury, at a good price
Set amidst the hustle and bustle of Denpasar, this is a little bit of luxury for the weary traveler. Facilities and room were great, handy to factory outlet shopping however do not waste your time with Galleria. It's not worth the visit. Restaurant was good, especially breakfast. The comfortable beds and luxe bathrooms were the highlight. There is a 5am call to prayer from behind the hotel but it was quiet melodic and easy enough to sleep through.

Would only stay there if on business or flying out
I stayed there on my way back from the Gili Islands and had a flight out that morning so it worked really well. The hotel room is nice but the location is not great other than the airport, and there's no spa. The pool is beside the restaurant so it's a little awkward to swim/sun bathe but it's not a bad pool. Great tv channels.

まだ新しいのでしょうか、部屋やホテル全体は綺麗です。１Ｆロビーには、15分無料で使えるＰＣが写真の通り２台あります。部屋は、快適でした。宿泊料金の差なのでしょうかジャカルタ・コタになかったバスローブがあります。スタッフの対応は、メルキュール系の方針なのか、笑顔で応えてくれます。ＤＦＳギャラリアが近くにあり何かと便利です。時間になると、コーランのお祈りがスピーカーから流れます。早朝で目が覚めます（^_^;）

Good for transit
The hotel itself is pleasent. The most simple things are provided.. for example; bed, shower, bathroom. All of which are clean. Therefore, for a single night or two the hotel is ok.. however saying this, the location of the hotel is right on the outter egdes of Kuta. Because of traffic, it makes it nearly impossible to walk to Kuta and a cab is the safest option (unless you like the game frogger!). Only stayed here for the night after our late land in Bali.. and was so glad of it when I realised how far it was from everything. Not only this, the staff hardly spoke much English, which therefore made it difficult to find food in the darkness of the night. It was hard to get instructions for where things where around the area and my partner and I just gave up and went walking ourselves. The serivce got even 'better' when I asked for a taxi to be called. We waited for 30 minutes when time after time they said 'Yeah yeah. We call' .. and they never did! I ended up having to hassle them a total of 4 times before a taxi was called.. Overall, I wouldnt recommend the hotel as a proper stay Bali at all ust for the transit..

Great price, Reliable Shuttle
This hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the airport, a great benefit for an overnight in Bangkok. Our room had a balcony which was a welcome surprise. For the price, this hotel was perfect for our needs.

Great Short Stay - Kuta not far
If you don't mind the walk or getting the shuttle bus or a taxi to the beach and Central Kuta then this is a great place to stay. Hotel very clean, Nice pool and friendly staff. Can't comment on the food as we went to Kuta each night and had food there. Shop and good rate money exchange very close on the right as you come out of the hotel. Noted other peoples comments and asked for a room away from the road side when we checked in, the staff sorted this with no problem.

Excellent option!
Mercure Hotel is a very nice hotel. I have used it when I needed to sleep overnight in Bali and it is an excellent choice. I have tried a few hotels near the airport area and Mercure Hotel is my preferred option.

Close to the Airport!
This Hotel is ideal for a one night stop if you have an early flight to catch next day. It has nothing to offer than a convenient stop over. It is 5km from Kuta beach! Allow at least 20 mins to get to the airport . This hotel is situated on a very busy main road, noisy, and has absolutely no atmoshere or personality. Our evening meal was less than average The staff , however were excellent.

Clean and great service!
We were very pleased with the service we received and how clean the hotel was! All the staff members we spoke to were so willing to help in a timely manner. Couldn't fault anything especially seeing as we bought this online for a great price.

It's a great hotel
I really enjoyed staying at Mercure Bali Harvestland Kuta. It's nice and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The only down side is the location. However, they operates 4 shuttle buses per day. So transport won't be a big problem. Overall, satisfied with the service.

整體而言，價位便宜，交通方便，物超所值
其實以這樣的價位所獲得的住宿品質，其實沒有太多挑剔的地方了，唯一就是房內的wifi 試了一整晚都無法連上去，打去櫃檯也是回覆太多人使用的關係@@，感覺有點美中不足，如果可以在網路方面改善一下就更棒了，是間我打90分的飯店

Fair experience; below expectations
Check in & check out times were flexible to some extent. The rooms were not spacious and the toilet was very small. The air conditioning system was not cooling enough even at lower set temperatures and room air was quite humid inspite of repair undertaken by the inhouse engineer who answered to our call promptly.The fan was blowing ok. Did not take breakfast so cannot comment on it. Also not easily accessible to the nearest shopping mall which is a 10minutes walk away, due to the poorly constructed pavements. The entertainment area is far and take long travel time by the one way hotel shuttle offered due to the heavy traffic.

Uitstekend hotel, uitermate schoon, zeer correct en vriendelijk personeel. Door de ligging van het hotel heb eigen vervoer nodig of moet je gebruik maken van transport van het hotel om bij strand of centrum te komen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mit einem schönen kleinen Pool und einem sehr schönen hellen Empfangs- und Restaurantbereich. Das Hotelpersonal war extrem freundlich und sehr bemüht, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Leider liegt das Hotel an einer Umgehungsstaße etwas außerhalb von Kuta. Auch wenn es Luftlinie theoretisch weniger als ein Kilometer nach Kuta Zentrum und zum Strand wären, kann man den Weg nicht laufen, weil es keine begehbaren Querstraßen gibt. Dafür ist man recht schnell am Flughafen.
