I was very disappointed with my stay. We were there for a cheerleading competition. We came back to our room and the door was open. We were gone all day and the room wasn’t cleaned. When we came back to the room, the door key wouldn’t work and I was able to open it without the key. When I told the person working the front desk they said oh yeah we heard that several times today. I checked out immediately because I felt very unsafe and disappointed because he didn’t offer any solutions and didn’t show any concern.

The fire alarm went off the first night we were there at 2 in the morning. The whole building was panicking and we all rushed to the lobby area just to find out that it was accidentally set off by one of the staff. The staff had no clue how to reset the alarm so we had to sit there with the alarm extremely loud in our ears for almost an hour before they finally figured out how to reset it. We were offered nothing for this inconvenience.

We were in Nashville to attend an awards ceremony where an award that was named for my daughter was presented. I chose the hotel because it was not far from the university. The staff is fantastic and went far above expectations. We called hoping to check in early and within an hour, Sandra called to say our room was ready. York and AJ in valet parking were fantastic and the front desk staff were always kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was clean, the staff was alright. There is only valet parking which is a $30 a day charge upfront and the valet "staff" are always looking and urging for a tip each time they grab your car. It does take some time the valet aren't the fastest at grabbing the vehicles. You have to use a text message link to retrieve your vehicle but even then with the timer there isn't any urgency. There is breakfast offered from 7-9 m-f but you are in the front lobby and there isn't much room during that time. This place does offer a set of two washers and two dryers which are part of the gym area and are only accessable with your room key. They are quarter machines and you can get quarters at the front desk. As well they have a little store which you can buy essential including laundry items like detergent. The rooms were clean and big in size. They offer all the essentials needed for a kitchenette. They do provide free wifi but if you are staying pass the third floor it doesn't work. Overall good place to stay the average lyft cost to go to bridgestone arena cost us 8-10 dollars.

I did not like that we "had to use the valet. I also did not like the entrance into the hotel. It was right next to elevators and you had to pass valet, fitness just to get to front desk. The swimming pool was also not on site, you had to walk through garage to the sister property,People were very friendly and helpful. Great staff.

The Staff was amazing and Yolanda made us feel as if we were in her Home. We were able to have our room with a view, we were extremely early and she accommodated us with open arms. This cleanliness was excellent and the Free Breakfast was more than what I expected and very good. Thank You Home2 Suites in Nashville we will be back❤️🌸❤️

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The valet, York was super nice. The breakfast was decent, could use some meat and fruit but overall not bad. Would be nice if the weekday hours were extended to ten.

This is a nice hotel overall. Issues were minimal and dealt with by the staff quickly upon request. The breakfast was good, and the location, removed from the main entertainment district around Broadway but close enough for easy access, was a plus. There were also a number of music clubs and restaurants within a few blocks if you don't want to deal the the madness on a Saturday night. One of the issues we had was related to the valet parking and they comped us a night of parking for our trouble. We would chose this place again if we ever return to Nashville.

Was in town for 1 evening to see a concert at the Bridgestone Arena. Hotel is in easy walking distance about 30 minutes away. Pretty good area for food and drinks. The staff and especially the parking valet were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked how close it was to everything, but not loud. We didn't like how minimalist the room was and the front desk was not friendly or helpful when we asked for extra blanket. They ran out of some foods an hr before the breakfast was over and people were frustrated... but it was decent.

Everything was good except that one of the persons at the check-in wanted me to pay for parking whereas the reservation I made through Expedia said parking was included in my rate. Luckily another person at the check-in helped me out to resolve the issue.

The rooms were large and clean. It had everything we needed in the room. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely stay here again.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is location. Property is not well kept. Breakfast is so so. We stayed for 3 days and policy stated that cleaning is done every other day. Well, it was not. Nobody cleaned the room during our stay. On top of that, valet parking is very inconvenient, IMHO. We will avoid this hotel next time.
