The staff were friendly and there was free coffee in the lobby. It is convenient because there are restaurant, convenience store and pub. Sometimes there's an airplane sound, but there's nothing we can do for the benefit of being near the airport. Overall, I'm satisfied to stay overnight. The shuttle also runs very well.

I usually stay in Quality Inn Toronto Airport when traveling via Toronto. Every time it is a very pleasant experience. The shuttle bus will pick me up for free and in 5 minutes I am in the hotel. The staff is excellent - professional and very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, nice size, with good heating/cooling, very nice bed linen. The pizza restaurant on the property is not fancy, but good, with good honest food. The staff there is really nice too. I like the place and plan to stay here many more times.

Check in is really late. Most places are at 2 pm though they did get me to a room about 3-3:30 pm The paint on the door frame was chipped lots. The bathroom is tight and the toilet is a small style The rest of the room was good and I liked the fact it included breakfast and a ride to the airport All the best

at check in, the lady at the desk took my credit card to a place at her desk that i could not see. I asked politely that i would like my credit card to always be in my view and her response was "well i have to input it". Yet, all she did was tap it when she actually used it, which typically that is done by the customer. She did not safely handle my credit card!

There were 2 guests that had left items at the hotel. 1 was 1 week ago, it was there for them. 2nd one, was 2 weeks ago, it was also there for them. Happiness all around.

Stayed overnight between flights. Shuttle from airport is efficient. King room was spacious and clean. Purchased a supper meal and took it back to our room; convenient.

Another good stay at this hotel. We were traveling with our 2 neurotic rescue dogs, and we were given a very appropriate room on the ground floor. We were allowed to hang out in the lobby area after checkout since our flight was in the evening. The shuttle service was much improved since my stay last month. This is one of my favorite Pearson hotels.

Downfall of this hotel is there are no elevator so you have to carry your suitcases upstairs. The night we stayed the hotel was very load with kids slamming door people yelling in hallways to 230 am. Quit annoying when you have an early flight. Not the hotels fault but people and there kids are just down right rude. They have a pizza place in the hotel that we ordered pizza to take back to our room. It wasn’t the best pizza needed to be cooked longer but when you been traveling all day want going to complain.
