The room had a odor. I am sure that it was due to the humidity which I don't have in Montana. The bed creaked every time I sat on it. The outside door, on the inside had black on it. It didn't smell like mold, but not sure if it was dirt. There was an outlet without a cover on it.

Room smelled of mold. People's next door fighting at 5am and they didn't seem to care I checked out at 6:30am. However the young lady at checkin was very nice. Lady at check out was no help.

TV did not work. Had to change my room 2nd room no smoke detector it was missing off its bracket the staff was nice enough, but the room was dirty and worn

The hotel was fine. It's an older property, could use some maintenance (e.g., replacing broken air conditioner covers), but on the whole it seemed clean and well-enough maintained. My room was on the cross-over hall connecting the two sides of the motel. It was a little dark / dreary. The front desk staff people (when I checked in and out) were pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast was not a huge spread, but it was decent.

The location was just what I needed. A couple of negitve points. The faucet in the shower was not good. The toilet ran off and on all night. My feet got so dirty from walking in the room bare footed, that when I stepped in the shower, I left very dirty foot prints. I believe that some routine maintance is needed. But all in all I will probably use the location again. I hope they address the above.

I have given this a few weeks before complaining to cool down and see if I still feel as aggravated and disgusted as I did then; I still do. Boy, was I wrong to do. We immediately noticed the drug deals going on the balcony directly above our room. As we proceeded to grab our bags, we noticed and heard the prostitute that had set up shop in the next room. We left our bags and entered the room. After stomping on 8 German cockroaches in the bathroom, noticing the USED tampon behind the toilet paper roll, and the filth and grime in the shower, we immediately exited as roaches rained down on us from the ceiling. Appalled does not describe our emotions!! We grabbed our bags and ran to the car as we heard the loud, inappropriate screams coming from next door I have forwarded all of this to Expedia, the Wyndham Hotels Group and the Chiefland Police Department. I cannot express enough; do not book this hotel!! Stay in the Walmart parking lot next door. It’s certainly cleaner and safer than the Days Inn (insert sarcasm). Shame on this hotel for preying on unsuspecting travelers, Wyndham for having them in their group, and Expedia for promoting them. RUN!!! And, NO, we did not get our money refunded.

Evelyn checked us in and was very nice. Room is extremely outdated and could use a good cleaning. Bathrooms are moldy, sheets are stained and walls are dirty. The fridge handles and tv remote were so grimy I hesitated to use them. Area was fine and safe but room needs updating and a good scrub with new linens.

Night lock broken, drapes unhooked, unable to know TV stations, no drain stopper in bath sink, shower curtain needs to be replaced, coffee pot leaked water, bed should be repostioned ,, desk repostioned, toilet is ugly....all in all this is the worst motel we have stayed in 30 years of traveling!!

There was a large brown and red spider in our room and I barley could sleep because we weren’t able to kill it because it went under the dresser so we were on edge all night. Loud neighbors

When checking in, I was never given a password for using WIFI. As I was wheeling my bag, I had to zig zag the walkway because there were broken pieces of air conditioner covers all over it. Upon arriving in the room, I first noticed the musty smell. Then the food on the painted walls near the sink, the water dripping from the toilet pipes, the moldy grout on the floor, the exhaust fan was dirty and it had no protective cover. There was more, but I hesitate to go on.

Rooms were outdated, even though they state they have recently been renovated. Huge cobwebs in corners of the ceilings. Shower curtain had mold on it, i know it's Florida, but please. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were the size of throw pillows. The front desk attendent was cordial, but if you asked her for anything extra, she gave you a look. She also blamed the lackof cleanliness on the new housekeeping staff, stated they didn't know what they were doing.

We were placed in a room adjacent to road workers. They had several loud diesel trucks. We were awakened by the noise. Also the hot tub was not available for use. When we went to the pool area there was a huge Doberman inside the fenced area. The shower appeared to have mold on the ceiling. I was surprised that it was a Wyndham property. I will not be back.

Front desk was great and offered late check out. Only reason I know the furniture hasn't been moved in a really long time was because my son's cars were getting stuck under the dresser - super dirty. I had to squish a couple roaches. Some guy was in the halls yelling. I wouldn't suggest staying here.

This was truly a ‘flea bag’ hotel. The floors in our room were so dirty I had to wipe my feet before putting my shoes on. There was mildew on the walls and ceiling above the shower. So many little things, like the shower mat had a hole in it. The only positive thing was they are pet friendly and we are traveling with our dog.

Réception is dirty and disordered. Room : armchair dirty and dated, toilet door hurts the toilet receptacle each time u enter the bathroom, all the furniture is outdated.

Perhaps they are short staffed, because things just weren't very well kept. Missing cover on bathroom light fixture. Missing cover on smoke detector if it was even functional. I like not having carpet, but my feet were quite dirty on the laminate floor. I know it's a humid environment, but there seemed to be more than average rust and mildew. A bunch of other little annoyances.

I was very disappointed that we couldn't use the Hot Tub the days that we stayed there. And the 1st room smelled really really bad. Like it used to be a smoking room once before. I'm a former smoker, so I know that smell. The toilet screamed so loud everytime it flushed, and the sink drained very slowly. We told them about everything at the front desk and they let us switch rooms. The 2nd room wasn't too bad, but just a little smaller than our 1st one. The bathroom was bigger, but I was kind of disappointed that the sink counter was way much smaller leaving hardly any room for even my makeup. It was an accessible room, so I guess that's why. And the toilet was way too close to the sink because my right arm kept hitting the corner of that sharp granite. I really wish Hotels had ceiling fans to help circulate the air and keep it a little cooler and breathable for me. The place was alright, but could use some improvements. But, then again, every room is different.

The front area looked upgraded; however, the interior decor is very old everywhere. The bedroom furniture and everything in it was very old. I wouldn’t stay there ever again. The breakfast was the bare minimum and had no hot things except for a waffle maker.
