정말 깨끗하고 편안한 고급 룸에 친절한 서비스
중국 출장을 많이 다니는편인데 그중에서도 정말 깨끗하고 편인한 느낌의 숙소였습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 좋았네요. 로비라운지가 좀 작고 불편한것 빼고는 산리툰이랑도 가깝고 전체적으로 만족했어요.

로비/입구 디자인은 매우 멋졌고, 직원들 응대는 대단히 친절했으며, 웰컴 푸드로 갖춰진 지중해스타일 샐러드가 매우 인상적이었으나, 포시즌이라는 이름의 유명세/가격에 비해서 방이 비좁은 편이었다. 시내 접근성은 괜찮은 편.

만족. 다시 갈듯
포시즌답게 고급스럽고 컨디션도 좋았습니다 직원도 중국 어느 호텔보다도 친절하고 전부 영어가 통해서 편리하네요. 다좋은데 딱하나 높은층인데도 아침 저녁 러시아워에 차 소리가 너무 났어요. 막히는 지역이라 빵빵거리는게 신경 쓰이고 주말에는 좀 괜찮았네요.

중국호텔은 싸고 약간은 지저분할거라는 편견이 깨졌던 숙박이었읍니다. 전세계 어느 호텔보다 쾌적하고 즐거운숙박이었읍니다. 하지만 최고급호텔임에도 불구하고 영어 의사소통이 힘든점은 개선되었으면합니다.

first of all, the hotel team was superb! i been to 14 countries in the last 3 years and been in many hotels and i have not received the customer service your staff gave me! from the entrance to the room service everyone has an amazing beautiful attitude to help all the guest. in the front counter Leo, Yvy , Ann and Leon were incredibly help full with a beautiful smile all the time they made my stay for my birthday unforgettable and help me with all my questions and needs everyday of the 4 nights i was there from 4/17/24 to 4/21/24 . This type of service makes your facility the four seasons hotel enjoyable and i will most definitely RECOMMEND to anyone i talk to . I live in Miami and i could not way to come back to stay at the four seasons in Beijing. Thanks to your team i had my best Birthday vacations ever…..🙏💥🇨🇳

Five stars all around, beautiful property, great rooms, excellent restaurants, etc., everything you would expect from a Four Seasons hotel and on top of all of that - fantastic staff, so helpful and kind. My recent stay at the Four Seasons Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with unparalleled hospitality and elegance. The ambiance was luxurious yet inviting, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the hotel's remarkable swimming pool and jet pool. Nestled amidst lush surroundings, the pool area exuded tranquility and sophistication. Whether I was lounging by the poolside with a refreshing drink or taking a leisurely swim, I was captivated by the serene atmosphere and impeccable service. The jet pool, in particular, was a delightful indulgence. The soothing jets provided a rejuvenating hydrotherapy experience, leaving me feeling relaxed and revitalized. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. However, I wish the restaurants inside the hotel were more applicable for the hotel guests. I tried one during my stay, and I found it to be overpriced and empty. It would have been wonderful to have more dining options that catered to the needs of the guests. Overall, my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional amenities, every aspect of the experience was meticulously curated to ensure utmost comfort and satisfaction. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially for those seeking a truly unforgettable getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. The rooms are immaculate and decorated with class, and the restaurants/bars have fabulous drinks, food menus and service. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and to organise trips and experiences for me during my time in Beijing.

The Four Seasons Beijing is an excellent hotel. I was highly satisfied. The customer service is excellent. They are very friendly, polite, and customer service oriented. The room was clean and comfortable and had a great view. Also, the bottled water, cookies, and coffee are a very nice touch. The hotel itself is beautiful. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Beijing. Xie xie you Four Seasons staff!

Exceptional services throughout our stay. Staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. Even tho the property is not very new but they maintained it pretty well. I would have given it a 10 stars ratings except for their breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet options are quite limited compared to other hotels I have stayed during my China trip. The noodle station is small and you don’t get to pick your own ingredients. The noodle station lady only gave you tiny amount of vegetables even tho I kept telling her I wanted more. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Beijing but won’t be eating breakfast there. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Everything was fantastic. Concierges Chris, Fred and Trista overcame all the difficulties of traveling in Beijing these days and went beyond what you expect for a concierge service. The executive chef, is an Italian that also made our stay fantastic. We stayed at other American hotel chains and have become very Chinese oriented.
