First of all, our biggest complaint was the room temperature. It was 77 degrees the entire time, and we complained several times. When I spoke to someone downstairs, they told me the AC gets shut off when the summer is over but it made our sleeping experience a nightmare. The staff was excellent, very polite and friendly. To be clear, this is NOT a hotel, it’s university housing and completely rundown. The condition of the housing is terrible, however, the room had a very clean bathroom, towels and bedding. The floors in the room were pretty gross but it was a big room. I wouldn’t stay here again. The pictures look extremely different than the rooms do in person. I will say that the included breakfast was outstanding. It was delicious! The location was also not convenient, we don’t mind taking public transportation but even that was a pain in the butt as the walk was long and inconvenient. We took Ubers each night back home. It’s a very cheap, no extras accommodation. This was not the place for my partner and I.

A very unusual accommodation shared between university students and tourists. Excellent quality, pleasant and helpful staff, reasonably priced. Will definitely come back again!

Couldn't cool room
The place is comfortable and convenient to local bus and train routes. We were disappointed that we could not sleep well. Our room was over 26 C (79 F), and we were told that we could not turn on the air conditioning yet. We tried opening the windows, but there was too much street noise. The hotel did not seem crowded. I don't understand why, if they know we required opened windows to cool the room, they would put us on the street side on the top (and warmest) floor.

Abbiamo usufruito della struttura per una sola notte. Ovviamente, sapevano che si trattava di un campus, quindi pieno di ragazzi che ci abitano. Cosa che a me mette allegria e mi fa pensare ai bei tempi dell’università. Quindi è stato ben accolto anche il cicaleccio che proveniva dai piani bassi durante la serata. La stanza è piuttosto piccola ma pulita, ben tenuta e comoda, dotata di armadi e piani d’appoggio, anche in bagno. Il letto, una queen size, forse un po’ piccolo per due persone, ma per una notte va benissimo. E poi era comodo. Il personale super gentile e disponibile. La colazione non è proprio da hotel, ma più da mensa universitaria. Ma dignitosa. Il campus si trova in un’area tranquilla, abbastanza vicino sia all’aeroporto che al centro città, raggiungibile con poche fermate della linea 14. Insomma, esperienza positiva e da riconsiderare per un eventuale ritorno a Bologna. Grazie!

Bologne en couple
Petit week-end à Bologne, l’hôtel propose un service de qualité, bien supérieur à ce que nous pensions trouver. L’amabilité du personnel, sa capacité à vous renseigner et les services vont bien au delà de ce qu’on trouve habituellement pour un hôtel La situation géographique n’est pas la plus idéal mais reste pratique (nous avons tout fait à pied)

This place is amazing! Very new and clean. The staff were always kind and helpful. Lovely breakfast each morning. About 25 min walk to the main part of the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Alles super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Obwohl das Hotel sehr einfach gehalten ist und eher an einer Jugendherberge/ Hostel erinnert, sind die Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Betten bequem- kostenlose Parkplätze und gute Lage mit schneller Anbindung zur Autobahn. Frühstück ist total ausreichend- erinnert hier eher an eine Kantine, aber man findet alles was man braucht.

Værelset var dejlig stort med lille balkon. Morgenmaden var virkelig ikke noget at råbe hurra for. De løb tørt for alt selv smør. Der var alle muligheder for kaffe men intet andet varmt eller et glas almindeligt vand. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand fra både bus og tog. Der er også mulighed for at leje el cykler rundt omkring i byen
