지하철 역과 근처 관광 포인트 도보 가능
위치는 지하철 역이 가까워서 좋지만.. 가격 대비로는 보통.. 대중 교통을 이용하거나 렌트를 한다면 조금 더 저렴하고 깨끗한 호텔이 나을듯.. 주변이 조용하고, 깔끔해서 괜찮았으나 침구류가 편하지는 않고.. 어메니티가 평이 짐은 방 한칸 정도의 크기이고 사람이 없어서 이용 하기엔 괜찮았음. 시내 호텔들 가격이 워낙 사악하여 나름 위치와 여러가지 고려하여 투숙 하였으나 재 방문 한다면 다른 지역의 호텔도 생각 해 볼듯..

훌륭한 입자와 시설
쇼핑가와 가깝고, 호텔 가까이 맛있는 레스토랑과 분위기 좋은 와인바가 있다♥ 객실이 넓어서 답답하지 않아서 좋았고, 호텔로비의 인테리어도 매우 만족스러웠다. 외출후 돌어와 로비소파에 앉아 한숨 돌리고 방으로 올라가기에 좋다. 다음에 시애틀을 또 간다면 이 호텔에 묵을 생각입니다.

Rooms are nice and roomy. Mid level up from 1st. So not very walkable unless you like walking up hill. Service terrible. Front desk didn’t offer water but I saw give to others?? Valet parking a mess. Expensive and not easy to get car. So you pay a lot to wait long time. I wouldn’t stay here again.

A decent stay and no major issues. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the restaurant was good. One small complaint, my reservation was for a sea view room. When I got to my room, it faced the city. Too much of a hassle for me to have to call and change as I was in a hurry to go to a baseball game. I would recommend paying attention to these details. These are small things, but matter a lot. It made me feel a little cheated in my experience and it was the difference between four and five stars. Thanks

Loved the hotel and amenities. Happy hour was great as well. Our room was quiet, on top floor. Staff very friendly and courteous. The only cons: we asked for additional towels numerous times over the course of 12 hrs (both in person at the front desk the night before as well as over the phone) and never received them. I have also been trying to get my receipt emailed to me for the past few days and no luck.

Front desk was super nice, clean rooms, nice breakfast experience at the restaurant, and great location— although the homeless population in Seattle is a problem.

TL;DR: feels more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. Front desk was nice. Room was OK. Big comfy bed, but bed frame was a little damaged. No coffee machine. Thin toilet paper in the bathroom. Shower head dripped some water off to the side instead of on you. Generous amounts of Q tips. Ice machine hidden in the closet. Biggest issue was valet. Issues: 1. No clear signage. It's unclear where to wait for valet, which sucks when you're on a busy street. 2. They were slow (they only had 1 person working despite it being President's Day wknd). 3. They were unfriendly; I informed them that my car key was fickle & to call me if they had any issues but they didn't want to take my car. They suggested I pay for parking in another lot despite the fact that my stay already includes parking, which means they were suggesting I pay twice for something I'd already paid for. I had to convince them to take my car and soothe their anxieties about it rather than, you know, being soothed that they'd take care of my car. I'm not sure if this is a management issue, funding issue, or something else entirely. Overall, this felt more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. We've stayed at different Kimpton's in the past and enjoyed it, so this was pretty disappointing & makes me less excited at the idea of staying at a Kimpton again. I may play it safe and stay at the Hyatt Olive8 instead next time (we've stayed there twice now and had a great experience both times).

I made my reservations several months in advance in fact, almost a year in advance. We get there and they put us in the handicap room. You would think this room that’s paid for in advance wouldn’t be a handicap room. When checking in the manager at the desk was very loud on the phone to the point you could not hear the woman checking you in the windows on this building. I don’t think the windows have been cleaned since Covid you could barely see out them. For $500 a night you would think that the girl at the front desk wouldn’t have blue hair. I was under the impression this was a classy place to stay the way they dressed, and the way they made their appearance was punk, rock, and grunge. That’s not a hotel I would stay at I like the staff to look professional and act, professional, not have blue and pink hair and dress like they’re going to a cover band concert. I don’t recommend anybody staying here and I would never go back and there’s no parking valet only waste of money.

Fun place to stay
Front desk was very helpful, assisted in setting up reservations New Years Eve. Happy hour was lovely, wine and great company with other guests and the hotel is pet friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and this was my first time back post pandemic. The rooms have held-up well although the thermostat and shower head was long overdue to be replaced, and our in-room telephone was broken. We stayed two nights and after returning from our first day out, our room hadn't been serviced when we returned. It was too late to get it cleaned and the front desk wasn't particularly apologetic. We parked with the valet parking with mixed results. When we arrived at the hotel's check-in time, 3:00, the valet was nowhere to be found and eventually appeared looking like he had just woken from a nap. It took forever to get our car after checking out. We love the location and design of the rooms and lobby though, and will probably return again.

Beautiful place!!! Absolutely loved this hotel! Great staff friendly service everything looked very new and clean! Unfortunately Expedia still advertises a “sea view room” which we paid for, but upon arrival found that a building has now been built next door and the hotel has no more sea view rooms. Slightly frustrating but nothing to make us cancel the room.

The room set my asthma off w the overwhelming cleaning products. Smelled like wet dog. When i took a shower gross black bits came up into tub and filled the tub. Im home now and im sick w 100* temperature. I like the hotel but that bed and the sheets are awful. I wont be coming back. Im sick now and it was the chemicals.

The housekeeping was severely delayed Waited over two hours for towels. Housekeeping just made beds and took out trash They did not take out dirty glasses or pizza box or replenish bath items. Front desk and concierge were amazing.

Great all around
The hotel was great and so was the location. The beds were very comfortable and we all got a great night sleep. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

75 bucks a night for parking is absurd to me, parked a block over for 23 bucks. Hotel is very nice. It was clean and the staff was super nice. We will stay here again

Overall nice stay
Clean, quite small room. Great location downtown on 4th. Front desk very friendly, but they repeatedly agreed to send housekeeping and did not. I asked for daily but they said they had insufficient staff. Valet was very prompt with car, little waiting.
