The main problem is that on the bookingsite map it shows the hotel close to the beach etc, like 1 min walk...but in reality its up in the mountain by the reservour. 15min walk.

Hotel situé dans les hauteurs de l'île. Chambre très spartiate (équipement très succinct et literie trop ferme sur planche en bois). Les lieux étaient peu entretenus et le service d'accueil fermé le matin à 7H30 alors que c'était les horaires affichés..

Avoid this place
Place is rundown. quite far from the action which is fine as we didn’t want too hear noise of the clubs. It states it has a view of the ocean/water but doesn’t. Only a view of a green waste water reservoir that looks disgusting. There was a used condom wrapper under our bed. I found hairs of other people on our pillow case that leads me to believe the room wasn’t cleaned only litter picked (badly) The room stank of mould/ mildew. The door had holes in it. The shower head was barely connected and water strayed out the back meaning there was no pressure left for a proper shower. The bidet hose has toilet paper stuck too it and was stained brown Bed was hard and uncomfortable. This was the deluxe room we stayed in so I hate to think what a standard one is like!

The pictures misrepresent the “resort” greatly. The ocean view is only from the very top floor, and you’ve got your work cut out for you to get there. 10 minutes from the pier is a stretch, and a good chunk of it is uphill. It’s not a safe walk for anyone unsure of their footing. The rooms were on the very low end of ok, and the bathroom was equivalent to a truck stop with a hose for a shower. We booked somewhere else and left almost immediately. The staff seemed annoyed that I had the audacity to check out, as if I was inconveniencing them for not staying (knowing full and well they weren’t going to refund my money). 60$ mistake I won’t make again. Hopefully you won’t either.

Mycket dåligt ställe! Hade bokat fyra nätter men checkade ut efter en natt. Låg för långt bort från stranden. Tråkigt och skitigt rum. Var svårt att hitta och innebär en hel del trappor. Utsikten var mot en stor grop av nån form av dräneringshål eller liknande. Överlag sjaskigt och skräpig omgivning.

Caro para o tipo de hotel. Nem de perto seria um resort. Pedimos para limpar o quarto o rapaz da recepção disse que não tinha ninguém, somente no dia seguinte que iríamos embora. Papel higiênico é controlado. Estavamos em 3 mulheres no quarto e tínhamos que implorar papel. Não podem usar o termo RESORT é um absurdo!

Do not stay here
The beds are really hard, the same as you sleep on the floor. They daclare that reception opens 7:30am, i had to leave early and at 8am there was nothing. Rooms are not clean or hygienic. Would not recommend to anynone

Location was okay, is quite far out and up a high hill with lots of steps - not easy with luggage - but then if you want to be out of the main busy part of phi phi it is good. Still only 10-15 mins walk from the pier. Staff weren’t particularly friendly but then they couldn’t speak much English. You had to ask to have your room cleaned but even after asking, they didn’t clean our room. Room itself was okay but no fridge or safe. Was a good size though. Beds were really hard and uncomfortable. Overall was okay, not great, but not bad

Discounted price = still not worth it
Stayed here at a discounted price and still not worth it. Far away from it all but the jungle. Couldn't enjoy the porch because monkeys were too aggressive; owner gave us broomsticks as protection to and from room. Ants were the worst I've ever seen. Came back from the beach to find ants by the thousands, including in our bags and bed. Owner just gave us a smile and bug spray - that's not my job. We switched rooms 3 times for a 2 night stay for various issues (windows wouldn't open / ants). Better and cheaper places elsewhere. Also, no free breakfast or water here. Beds were more comfortable than next place though and decent views of waste water ditch (right next door) and beaches.

This was a horrible place. The beds were actually box springs making it hard to sleep. The place is uphill deep into the island so it was always a mission to get there. It was difficult to communicate with the host/owner. Especially when we arrived he had no idea that we were arriving and I spent 30 mins trying to prove to him that we booked online... overall do not recommend

Hotel is slightly secluded which is great because it is away from all the noise of the bars but still only a 5 minute walk to the bars and beach.

Way to the hotel can be for somebody little bit difficult because of way up to hill and stairs on the other hand it is very quiet location what I really enjoyed on this ,,noisy island,,. About 10 minutes walk from pier, about 5 minutes from beaches. I was surprised by simple reception but I can say it works perfect. Very nice and helpfull hotel staff. I like them. Hotel rooms was really clean, cozy and comfortable. Large balcony with nice view on island. Included breakfast was incredibly amazing large and very tasty. We stayed there 3 fantastic night and if I will visit PhiPhi again it will be clear choice to stay in this hotel. Thank you.

Very good, would recommend.
Good place to stay on the island. Great view out over the main area and a short walk up the hill. One of the further places away from the music at night, we could still hear it but not a problem. Just watch out for the monkeys that roam around, don't leave anything outside or they will take it. Good price for the island as well.

Phi Phi på budget, med kryb og dårlig komfort
Hvis man kan Thai og lide vilde kryb og dyr på værelset, er dette stedet for dig. Sengen er stenhård, møblementet ikke tilstedeværende og som sagt mange kryb og også udsmattede kryb på vægge og gulve. Hotellet ligger i udkanten af det vilde byliv, hvilket kan være særdeles rart om natten. Generelt er værelserne billige – og det er der grund til!

Good view and everything is clean. Good and fresh breakfast. But far from the nightlife and centre. Complicated to find, near viewpoint apx. Wi-Fi is working only in reception. Hotel is situated on the rock, you got free gym:) Bed is very not comfortable.

This hotel is a little tricky to find! Involves a bit of walking but gets easier every day :) simple breakfast, friendly staff. Basic accommodation with good a/c, no tv good Wi-Fi.

Prisvärt hotell med optimalt läge
Bra hotell som är nära men samtidigt avskilt från stadens nattliv (3min). Hotellet ligger uppe på en höjd med fin utsikt över vattnet från balkongen. Höjden gör också att det blir en del trappor att gå upp varje kväll men det var inget som störde oss. Rummet i sig var rent och fräscht, hade i princip allt vad som kan krävas för priset, rymlig balkong och tyst fläkt. Dock blev ljudnivån nästan bedövande när det regnande, så ska man hit under regnperiod kanske man ska tänka efter lite innan. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten tillagade de på beställning vilket kändes fräscht men kan nog bli lite tjatig om man stannar många nätter. Skulle boka hotellet igen om jag kom tillbaka hit (även under regnperiod haha).

Meget venligt personale. Det ligger tæt på byen, men væk fra larmen(Phi Phi er en festø) Værelse D6 har en formidabel udsigt over begge bugter.

Cool hotel with good views, gym, staff & breakfast
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and hospitable. Hotel comes with free gym use and a great complimentary breakfast which in fact turned out to be better than breakfasts I was originally paying for at cafés around the area.

Don't stay here!
Dont stay here. Highly overated. The wifi only works in the "reception". They don't clean or change the sheets.

Nous avons payé 1500 bath pour cette chambre ce qui était beaucoup trop. Difficile d'accès dans la montage, chambre avec vu sur un immense bassin de surplus des eaux, wifi de mauvaise qualité et lit dur comme du béton. Point positifs chambre propre malgré les draps tâchés, bon petit déjeuner a l'heure voulu et air climatisé. Dur de resté plus d'une journée sans avoir de probleme de dos

excelente custo beneficio para economisar
Lugar um pouco distante da praia e do porto, mas para quem busca uma hospedagem econômica nós recomendamos sem duvida. O entorno não é muito agradável, mas a região é super segura, pode-se caminhar a qualquer hora do dia e da noite sem problemas. Os atendentes do hotel são super simpáticos.

Phi Phi 5 days.
We stay 4 nights. Staff ( + owner Joke) was exceptional pleasant. Breakfast was very good(salad,egg, bacon, sausage, coffee). We had room in highest floor, nice view and nightclubs noise not ne heard. Thanks a lott.

Backpackers and light lugguage only
It must be one of the furtherest hotels from the ferry. There is a bit of a hill to climb with a number of stairs so not good if you have a pull suitcase.

The staff were really friendly and the room wasn't that bad we did have a lot of bugs in the room but that was unstoppable as your in a tree hut made of wood. Breakfast was good and it's 2mins into town and 15mins to the view point would go again
